The condo was very nicely appointed and had a very nice view of the beach. We knew it wouldn't be a clear view, but still it was nice. We appreciated the chairs & umbrellas on the back porch. Location was great with restaurants and markets nearby.We could have used better directions to actually find the building however. It would have been very easy to say it's the first blue building facing the road, go around to the back, and it's on the 4th floor to the right. With all the emails the owner sent over a period of 2 months (something like 17 emails) this was the only thing not explicitly covered. Lots and lots of do's and dont's in those emails, too.

Great view of the beach. 4-5 minutes from leaving our door to sitting in the sand.The pool in the condo was closed for resurfacing, and we were not aware until we arrived. It would not have changed our plans and there are other pools on the property--but it should be disclosed.

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. Kelli was very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo is in an excellent location. We enjoyed not having to get in the car if we didn't want to and that we had several restaurants, coffee shops, retail shops, and a convenient store within the complex. The beach is so convenient, just a short walk across the street and views are spectacular. We will definitely visit this condo again!!

Great and Easy Breezy condo

Everything about our stay was easy, The condo was perfect for our young family of four. The location was perfect and convenient. We were able to walk the whole time. Just like the pictures

This was a great rental. It looks just like the pictures. Perfect for a family of four. Location is a quick walk to the private beach. The public beach next door was much more crowded. The rental was clean and well stocked. Drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the waves was awesome. Also you are walking distance to some good choices for food. The night we were there they had live music in the lawn behind the condo building. The kids made friends and threw the football while we enjoyed the music. Quick tip: if you like to sleep in total darkness you should bring a sleep mask as there is some light that comes into the master from the hallway. Also really proactive communication from the owners.

Wonderful family vacation

The location of this condo is fabulous! The view is more beautiful in person. The beach access was so convient, we enjoyed the pool on our way back from the beach to the condo. It was all just what we needed. We will definitely be returning!

Top Shelf was amazing!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Top Shelf! The accommodations were great- very clean and the updated condo was very nice. The location is perfect with close beach access, plus the other amenities and proximity to restaurants at Gulf Place. Kelli was super responsive to any questions we had! We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful unit. Several small touches that made this rental feel upscale. The view was great. The area had cute shops and food but somehow also seemed private. We didn’t go to the pool but the entire building seemed clean and well taken care of. Loved our time at Top Shelf.

Excellent place to stay!

We absolutely loved how new and renovated everything felt! Such a beautiful unit. The view was awesome and was just as pretty as pictured. The walk to the beach was oh so short and I think that’s a huge plus! Just right across the road and the gated access made it feel super secluded! This is perfect for a family or even just 2 people. The accommodations are great and the location of this unit is perfect. Within walking distance from 3+ restaurants and tons of shopping. 100% recommend this place!
