Wonderful vacation!!!

We have stayed in many homes and condos in the 30A area. This is one of the best homes - the location was perfect for us, close walk to beach, the restaurants we like & super cute neighborhood. This house was extremely well appointed. We had everything we needed (even beach towels!) One of the best things about this stay, was how kind and responsive the owners were. They answered all questions, check in was a breeze, and they were just overall wonderful!!! I cannot say enough about this past week. The fenced yard for our fur babies was a huge plus. I would stay here again and again. Thank you so much Ginger & Rob!

Fall Break 23

House was wonderful!! Roomy,clean,updated! This house is close to everything you need. Beach is a short walk if you’re bringing littles & toys you will need a wagon (provided). No beach chairs. Can rent at beach or purchase @ Publix. Beds very comfortable🎉Hosts were great!

Incredible 30A getaway

My family (plus 1 dog) thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was our first time in 30A and we had a spectacular time, the owners were very communicative, the property was very clean and the photos are an accurate depiction of the house. Truly a 5 minute walk to the beach and a central location in general. Everyone was very comfortable and we had all the amenities we needed. We will hopefully be back next year!!

Awesome Vacation

We had a Great vacation and ready to go back. We stayed at Sandpiper Beach House on Ryan Street at Sea Grove Beach. The Beach House was Super, recently painted,clean,and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Ginger was always available to answer any questions we had.

Home at the Beach

Sandpiper beach house was the perfect setting for our family beach vacation. Even our son’s dog was able to be with us and had a fenced area where he could be outside safely. The accommodations provided us three floors of living space to spread out or to gather together to relax or take advantage of the many games provided. The home was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in at the beach. The kitchen was a dream to cook in and lacked nothing. The cleanliness was top notch, which is a big plus. The owners had so many special touches added that we felt like we were in our home away from home. Would give a 10+ rating if available. Highly recommend this rental for family gatherings. The owners were a dream to work with and absolutely no surprises or glitches.

Perfect in every way!!!

Absolutely beautiful home with plenty of space for our family of ten! Location was fantastic! Quiet street, easy walk to the beach, and great shops/eateries close by! As for Ginger and Rob…they are most certainly the hosts with the most!!! I won’t spoil it for those who haven’t stayed at Sandpiper yet, but trust me…you won’t be disappointed with their hospitality! Thank you, Ginger and Rob, for sharing your amazing 30A getaway with our family! It was perfect! We will definitely be back!!!

Fun week in Seagrove

The house was well appointed and comfortable although the couch was soo deep it was difficult to navigate. More than 3 small mismatched wine glasses would have been appreciated. Did eventually find all necessary kitchen items. The pool itself was clean but the decking had pools of water with debris that made walking unsafe. Searching for lost toys led to much trash from beneath the oven and sofa. One living room blind has no wand so we were unable to open and close it. All in all we enjoyed our stay

Much needed family time!

The property was amazing. Location to pool and beach was perfect for our family with 4 under the age of 6. Our 2 grown children with their children gave us 3 families. We had plenty of room. Fully stocked kitchen. We honestly had everything we needed. Rob and Ginger were a pleasure to work with. I left a necklace that is very special to me. The housekeeper mailed it back to me at no charge. I would most definitely stay here again. So far it’s our favorite place on 30-A!

A wonderful place to stay

We had a terrific time at Sandpiper. Ginger and Rob were tremendous hosts, making every effort to make us feel at home. The house is spectacular, and the location can't be beat. We had a wonderful time and will be sure to be back.

Great stay in 30A

We loved our first visit to the 30A area and this house fulfilled all our needs. Communication with Ginger and Rob was quick and easy. They were wonderful hosts! Perfect Working Vacation

This property was perfect for us as a working vacation. Very relaxing, clean, centrally located, and well suited for our two 20lb Westies. Easy walk to the beach, located on a well kept street/neighborhood and the owners were incredibly easy to work with. On a scale of 1-10, we give it an 11.

New Years Family Getaway

There were 10 of us on our holiday getaway. My husband, myself, our daughter, her husband and 4 children ranging in age from 20 months to 8 yrs, and our son, his wife and their little Yorkie. We were looking for a pet friendly, well located home, close to the beach with a heated pool that could accommodate our group comfortably. Ginger and Rob's home fit the bill perfectly with a spacious living room and dining room area, three floors of living space and outdoor porches for reading and relaxing. It is located in a quiet, private neighborhood that's close to shopping, dining and the beach. We rented bikes and explored the area. Ginger couldn't have been more helpful with suggestions and information. We also appreciated the personal touch of them managing their own property. On our first morning after check in, freshly baked treats were delivered for everyone to enjoy! We had a wonderful, relaxing week and highly recommend their home for anyone looking for a well appointed, charming home that's close to the beach!

Great Family Home

The house was wonderful for our family of four! We especially loved the fenced-in yard for our dog. The location is great and we could bike all around and into Seaside. We enjoy cooking and the kitchen was well-equipped. Ginger was excellent at communicating with us. We look forward to our next visit!

Great Experience

My wife, kids, and parents enjoyed our 10 day stay at Ginger and Rob’s home. Everything was exactly as described. We loved the street and the proximity to the beach. We loved how close we were to Seaside. We loved all the great restaurants nearby (especially Cafe Thirty-A). Rob and Ginger did an excellent job of explaining all the instructions for the home. All in all it was a smooth and relaxing vacation that our family desperately needed. Highly recommend!

Family friendly house close to the beach!

We had a great experience here! Our group of two families, with 4 toddlers and a dog, enjoyed the house and had everything we needed and more during our time here! The house was well stocked with everything we needed to get started and we were able to instacart our groceries upon arrival, so it was easy to roll in after a lengthy car ride! It was a quick, easy walk to the beach and community pool - which is key with so many little ones! The beach wasn’t crowded at all and we usually had the neighborhood pool to ourselves. I debated forever about staying in some of the other communities that have more amenities but I’m so glad we went this route because everything was easily accessible, less crowded, and perfect for us. It’s right down the street from The Hub, Seaside, Publix (grocery store) and so many great restaurant options. The bike path is two houses down, but through a secure gate, so it’s the best of both worlds. The house is on a really quiet street with little to no traffic, we felt very safe. Ginger and Rob were so communicative and responded right away to any questions we had. I enjoy the personal aspect of working directly with hosts versus through a management company. Our dog got a neck injury prior to our trip, so we were thrilled to find such a perfect spot that also allowed pets! I can’t imagine finding a better pet-friendly spot on 30A!
