This home is in a great location. So convenient to the beach access. We also rented a golf cart that helped with carrying things and for exploring beautiful 30A. The booking process fo start to finish was so easy and the few questions I had were answered promptly. I would recommend staying at this home and we will be returning!

Everything was fine except the dishwasher never did work. We called three times and never got it fixed. Not fun handwashing dishes for 12 people EVERY night!! Should have gotten some kind of discount for that!!!

Our family had a great stay at this property. It was much larger than we thought it would be and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect, easy access to the beach across the street. Communication was great as well. We will be back!

Beautiful home and perfect layout for our group. Bit of an odor in the downstairs bedroom and carpet was wet from an unknown source. We notified matintence so hopefully will be addressed for the next family. This place has about a 2 inch view of the gulf from the upstairs balcony.

This home was great for a quick girls weekend. We had most everything we needed and loved gathering around the couch to chat and relax. The wind got a little loud on the higher floors, but we still slept well. My only suggestion would be to add a few extra blankets for chilly days. Love our time here!

Wow! Well appointed and stocked! We just had a short walk up the road to hop on the run, and able to ski to the unit off of Hailey's Run. Nice, roomy rooms, and having the Drying Room was quite handy.

Great layout that gave us plenty of space for our family and extended family staying nearby. This is a modern house and conveniently located. We hosted Thanksgiving and the kitchen was well stocked to allow us to cook a large meal. Will stay again.

My group absolutely loved staying at this beautiful house in 30A! It was spotless, had plenty of room for everyone, was able to check in an hour earlier than expected which was an added plus, and overall amazing experience! We would definitely stay again!

Only negatives were the dishwasher didn’t quite work and we found a few cockroaches/ants. I do wish they would’ve provided a few more basic essentials (coffee filters, trash bags, etc). Otherwise it was a great experience overall and I would stay there again

The property location was great however, the house was not clean. We had ant and cockroach problems as well as the vents and air ducts were really dirty… we have stayed many places throughout the years on 30A and this place was not ideal… we were disappointed and would not return to this property!

We stayed at the property with our sons and their friends. The setup was perfect for a larger group and the location was very convenient. The property management was quick to address any issues we brought to their attention, which helped us enjoy our stay!

Absolutely beautiful place. Was perfect size for our family. We wished there was a private or community pool we could’ve used. We brought a golf cart for our use which was a life saver. Traffic was terrible, so many people. We chose not to try to eat out on 30A. We ended up going to Inlet Beach to eat. Grocery shopping was a nightmare. Bicycles were not in the best shape. Chains came off, handle grips came off, one bike was not rideable. The freezer in the kitchen froze shut. Took us forever to get it open. They came to look at it but it did that the entire week. One thing they need are extra blankets in some of the bedrooms. We nearly froze at night. Loved loved loved the shower in the 2nd floor Master.

Easy walk to the beach! We used the bikes to go to Seaside many times. The property was amazing. Everyone enjoyed how wonderful the beds were and how well they slept. The biggest hit was the 3rd floor balcony! We gathered there every day.

Stayed here with two other couples for a weekend wedding at Watercolor. 30A Vacay was very helpful pre-trip sending information and beach rental info as well. Was easy to get to and from the beach and the two other couples enjoyed the nearby 30A Cafe while we were at the rehearsal dinner. Overall great experience.

This property was so amazing for our reunion of college best friends! It’s such a short walk to the beach and was the most perfect and adorable home for our stay on 30A! Highly recommend!
