"This is an apartment in an apartment building, so no hotel type amenities but very comfortable and conveniently located. There is a coffee shop nearby and the unit has a furnished kitchen. "

"Generally, was a good, comfortable stay and I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t have small kiddos. Pros: very centrally located, comfortable beds, plenty of amenities, good water pressure, empty dressers to store clothes so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase, host was extremely responsive and very very helpful, plenty of parkingCons: the floors and baseboards were FILTHY (so glad I brought my 7 month olds playmat. "Stayed here for a little over a week during training for a new position. The location is about 20 feet from Highway 280 which made it easy to commute to work only 7 minutes away. It also made it easy to get to nearby amenities like Safeway and Target. The unit was cozy with a large TV, multiple couches, and a large bed. Microwave and coffee maker were included in addition to the stove and oven. The host even allowed me to extend my stay easily when my itinerary changed. 10/10 would recommend."

"Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room."
