"Excellent and clean accommodations. Off street parking is a plus. Convenient and safe location. Two fireplaces for the cold SF nights. Made great use of the massage chair. Both bathrooms were roomy with big step in showers. Fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals. Great communication with the owner. Quick and immediate responses to your questions.Will definitely stay here again when in the Bay Area. "

"Absolutely awesome place! I would not stay anywhere else in The City. Great location. Be careful with parking. Street sweeping starts very early. We got a 105 ticket not paying careful attention to the signs."

"Quiet, comfortable, great recharge during travels. Host is responsive and everything needed is provided. Great place before the airport as it is very close. "

"You are basically staying in somebody’s basement while they still go about their day. We could hear every footstep, every word, every cough. It was also raining so we had to spend more time in the room than we wanted too. It was clean and spacious but it definitely didn’t feel private."

"Accommodations were spacious. The large dining table and the pool table were really nice to have, and the location was perfect for our needs. Complimentary tea was a nice touch. The owner was friendly and mostly kept to himself. Guests should be aware that the stairway connecting the owner’s living space with the guest living space has NO DOOR. That is NOT stated in the listing. I pointed this out to Hostwell and Kevin emphatically denied this, quoting the listing back to me and stating that...

"The home was comfortable and spacious, but when we arrived there was a distinct odor throughout the house that smelled of rotting food mixed with bleach. We ended up opening the windows and cleaning the kitchen to air out the place, and in the kitchen cabinet we found old food rotting behind the garbage can. The smell of bleach and bad cleaning supplies permeated through the house even after airing it out for a while. We did not find the apartment clean at all, thankfully we were only there one...

The place itself was in a great location and had everything mentioned on the profile. Instructions to get to the place was clear and the space was very clean and roomy.
