Wake up to the marina's gentle hush and fall asleep to Golden Gate Park's easy energy just outside your door. This Outer Richmond home is your basecamp for San Francisco — minutes from Ocean Beach, the park's trails and gardens, and a fast ride to the city's best-loved landmarks and food scenes, all while tucked into a quiet, residential pocket of the city.

The Space

Settle into a bright, generous living room anchored by a plush double-size sleeper sofa — perfect for an extra guest or two. Curl up with a movie on the 55" Smart TV, with Netflix and YouTube ready to stream.

Three bedrooms, all tucked down a private hallway at the back of the home for maximum quiet:

Bedroom 1 — Queen bed plus a double-size futon sofa, walk-in closet, and a desk & chair for anyone who needs to get work done
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed plus a standard baby crib, with a walk-in closet
Bedroom 3 — Double bed with a freestanding wardrobe

All beds feature firm mattresses. With sleeping space for families, friend groups, or multi-generational trips, this layout makes it easy for everyone to have their own corner.

Kitchen & Dining — A fully equipped, stainless-steel kitchen awaits your inner chef, stocked with basic seasonings, dishware and utensils for both kids and adults, an electric kettle, and a K-Cup coffee machine with a variety of flavors to start your mornings right. When it's time to gather, the private dining room's elegant 6-seat table and buffet cabinet (wine glasses included) set the scene for a proper meal together.

Bathrooms — A newly renovated full bath with a walk-in shower, plus a convenient half bath, service the home. Ample towels and toiletries are provided, and a baby bathing tub, washcloths, and hypoallergenic shampoo/body wash are available on request.

Outdoors — Step out to the fully fenced backyard for a barbecue on the gas grill, accessible right from the garage.

Good to Know

Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM (Early check-in or late check-out available for a fee and availability)

Laundry: Shared washer/dryer in the garage, available anytime. A coin-op laundromat is also just a 2-minute walk away. For week-long stays, we're happy to swap fresh towels, or you're welcome to use the in-unit laundry.

A quiet neighborhood — We love our neighbors, and we ask that you do too. Please keep noise to a minimum and wrap up any gatherings before 9pm quiet hours. Guests not listed on the reservation aren't permitted without prior approval; violations may result in removal from the property without refund.

Host on-site — The entire home is exclusively yours to enjoy. I live on the property but keep to my own separate, private space — the only time I'll step into the backyard is for occasional maintenance. I'm on hand throughout your stay if you need anything; contact details are shared in the house manual after booking.
