"Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. "We loved johnnys place and he always got right back to us when we needed something. It was a bit hard to find entrance but he guided us perfectly once we called him. The beds were a bit small for two grown women but I should’ve been aware. The location was perfect. Being about to not get in car again was priceless. "

"This was just perfect for my little family. Hosts were very helpful and willing to assist if you needed anything. They give you your space. It has all the necessities needed. We will definitely stay here again."

There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

"Walter and Celina really go the extra mile in their property care. The unit is immaculate and inviting. Has a fun theme and all the amenities one needs while wanting to feel at home while away from it. They are kind, helpful, and available for timely communication and information. Would definitely and plan on staying again."

"The property was clean and easily accessible. We stayed in the part of the property that was in the basement. We had access to washer machine and dryer, fridge and microwave all which worked well. We did experience difficulty with temperature regulation with the air conditioner and needed linen for the sofa coach, which we went out and purchased on our own."

The host, Anastasia, is awesome - she found a bracelet my daughter left, tracked me down (Anastasia reached out a second time after I missed the first email) and mailed it to us. While this is the guest experience we all hope for, it is not the experience we always get."

"I was in San Jose for a week for a work conference and stayed here instead of a hotel downtown. Such a good decision. Really great property in a fantastic neighborhood. Planning on doing the same thing next year!"
