Bel appartement très bien situer

accueil impeccable pratique très propre situé au 3eme étages avec ascenseur très propre seul bémols l'air conditionné fait du bruit quand il se met en marche pas loin du centre historique tout prêt il y a le tramway le 8 pour aller prêt du colissée et pour aller au vatican prendre le 8 et la correspondance bus 23 avec le même ticket Je vous le recommande.

Ottiama posizione dell'appartamento e ottima la pulizia di quest'ultimo. Sicuramente ritorneremo al prossimo soggiorno a Roma. L accoglienza di Laura e Giovanni sono la ciliegina sulla torta...persone veramente eccezionali! Permanenza breve ma da ricordare

Roam in Rome with everything you need close to hand and home from home

Our gratitude for finding this place on the website was initially prompted by great communication from the owner. This continued for several weeks until we were ready to fly, where all the information of how to get to and from the airports the terminals which bus how much is a taxi and the other to arrange transportation also made available. This set us off with a great feeling of what was to come. And Giovanni didn’t disappoint his warm welcome and informative meet and greet and showing around the apartment was excellent. Department itself was greatly located easy to access the city we particularly liked it being so close to the laid-back restaurants and bars of traverse. The shop only 100 m away I’m nearby coffee bars it was the perfect location to exploring. Department itself had everything we needed, and we felt extremely safe at all times. Thank you Giovanni for a lovely stay. We definitely would recommend.

clean and in a very convenient location

My friend and I stayed in the flat for a few days - it is very good for two, perhaps 3 people, if two are a couple and you eat out, or reheat food. Everything was very clean and the location was quite convenient, with a tram an easy 3 minute walk. The communication with the hosts was simple and easy. It's true that the neighborhood is not beautiful, but it is safe and convenient, and for the price, an amazing deal.

Location idéale pour Rome

Parfaitement situé dans le Trastevere, proche du tramway emmenant au centre historique. Situé dans une rue calme, parfaitement aménagé, à 150m d un supermarché. Giovanni et Laura sont des hôtes très accueillants et prévenants qui nous ont notamment organisé notre transfert depuis et vers l'aéroport. Merci pour tout!

Perfect vacation apartment - clean, quiet and practical

We are very satisfied with this apartment during our five days in Rome. The pre-travel info was friendly and in good time, containing all necessary info you need about transportation and check-in. We were two adults and one 13-year old and the apartment is perfect for that. It had everything we needed and the location in the middle of Trastevere is the best you can get, hundreds of restaurants and bars to choose from, Carrefour Express 200 m away, 100 m to tram stop and easy access to airport train, but still a quiet and safe location. A suggested improvement is to add a Chromecast to the TV - nothing important but I think it would be appreciated by families. Also, note that the bed in the living room is not a real bed but a series of cushions that can be used for sofa or sofa bed. OK to sleep in if you do not have back problems.

Location bien placée pour visiter Rome.Nous avons tout fait à pied.L appartement est bien équipé. Le seul petit bémol est le canapé lit dans le salon qui n est pas très confortable. Giovanni est très sympathique et a tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Merci pour nous avoir réservé le taxi !

Déçu

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet appartements avec 2 adolescents. L'appartement a le strict minimum.il manque des couverts des bolles des serviettes pour la vaisselle (dont j'en ai réclamé mais pas eu de nouvelle) la clim fait un bruit infernal impossible de la mettre lorsque nous sommes à l'intérieur de l'appartement.le quartier est bien situé mais il est entouré de poubelle. Le jour de notre départ une personne du service de nettoyage est rentrée dans l'appartement avant l'heure du départ sans prévenir,alors que nous finissions de nous préparer.

We have had a wonderful stay in Rome and the apartment was fantastic. It had all the necessary amenities including a washing machine and a JUG. Giovanni was a pleasure to deal with and a wealth of useful information. The property is ideally located for sight seeing and close to all other dining and shopping. We would come back

Situé à 5 min de l'arrêt de bus qui en 10 min vous déposera piazza venezia. Appartement très propre et climatisé ce qui est un plus en été avec les températures caniculaire de Rome . Je vous recommande vivement cet appartement .

We had a great short stay. Everything was easy and comfortable. We really appreciated the prompt replies from a Giovanni, his help arranging pick up and drop off at the airport and also help printing last minute documents. Great apartment

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Even better as described, very spacious and well equipped. Close to the tram station and a supermarket is 3 minutes away. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you, Giovanni for organizing transportation from the airport to the apartment. Laura was also very accommodating and letting us do a late check out at 3pm (free of charge) since our departing flight wasn't until 6 pm. Would highly recommend!

Easy access to the sites and away from the tourists

The property was great for the 3 of us. It is not big but it is very efficient. Giovanni was a huge help with everything. The guy is top notch. There is great food in the neighborhood and the tram was easy to use. From Piazza Venezia at the end of the line it is a short walk to the Pantheon,Coliseum,Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain. I will stay here again on my next trip to Rome.

A great place to stay!

We used this apartment as a base for our 5 day break in Rome. We found it welcoming, clean and surprisingly spacious, with all the features listed on the site plus more. The owner, who was waiting to greet us when we arrived, was very friendly and helpful, and responded to our questions promptly throughout our break. It was just a short walk to the historic centre of Trastevere itself, which has a good choice of places to eat on an evening. There were nearby links to trams and buses to attractions further away, though we preferred to walk to the ones in the centre of Rome. As great place to stay!

Un havre de paix dans le brouhaha de Rome

Appartement propre, sécuritaire et fonctionnel. Seul le canapé-futon, qui s'est affaissé à l'usage, n'est pas très confortable lorsque l'on veut s'y asseoir, et surtout s'en extirper. L'appartement est dans une zone tranquille, tout en étant près des sympathiques restos du Trastevere. Les principales attractions de Rome sont accessibles à pied pour les bons marcheurs comme nous (!), autrement, le tram no 8 nous conduit rapidement au coeur de l'action.

Trastevere is Tops

A great little apartment with all the amenities and a 3 minute walk to the main street with trams and buses to take you quickly into the centre of the city. The apartment is on the third floor with lift (or stairs if you need to knock off those pasta pounds). Excellent security doors if you’re safety conscious. The apartment offers a comfortable (if somewhat funky) living area with dining table and chairs. Modern kitchen with all the equipment you need if you fancy a meal at home and large modern bathroom with excellent shower and water pressure. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of drawer and cupboard space and a very comfortable bed. Floors throughout are timber (tiled bathroom) and the property was clean and well presented. No views to speak of but the Trastevere area is excellent compensation for that. This is our second time in Rome and have been so impressed with the people & peacefulness of this area. It’s like a different world compared to the mayhem in the city, yet so close! Our thanks to our great hosts, who organised transport from the airport and to the rail station. They have been most helpful in advising us on special things to do and responded immediately to any questions we had. Thank you Laura & Giovanni - you made the visit so easy. We loved it all! PS Make sure you take a ride on the 115 bus - it will take you up above Rome for fantastic pictures and a wonderful area to stroll!
