"We came for my 60th birthday with our 4 adult children and spouses. It was a perfect property for this!! Sam the property manager was extremely helpful responding immediately to all my Whats app inquiries. She even brought cupcakes when she heard it was my birthday. We loved the private chef—best food on the island. The pool and beach were wonderful. I think just hanging out on property was everyone’s favorite but we did rent a boat and enjoyed finding private beaches and exploring as well....

"Absolutely amazing! The pictures of this home are beautiful, but they don't even touch what you see once you get there! Beautiful home inside and out. Loft has an area with 4 twin beds, perfect for our kids, or adults and a little area seperated from the sleeping area that has a hangout spot to watch tv, play games, etc. The home is lifted and angled just right so you can enjoy your coffee on the deck in the morning, or you can sit inside and see the same beauty through the "walls" of windows...

"This was the perfect house for our group of 10! Beautiful location in such a warm and spacious home, we didn’t want to leave! Living space was larger than pictures show and kids beds were huge…was just perfect for us. Location was perfect not a sole on the beach close to everything and bonus snorkeling behind the home. The property manager scheduled a private chef one night to celebrate my moms 70th and it was wonderful….We really loved this home thank you for sharing it with us 🏝️"

"This was our first trip to Exuma and we found February Point to be the perfect location! The villa is exactly as described in the listing and worked great for our group of 3 couples. We especially liked that each bedroom had its own private bath in addition to a half bath on the main floor. The views from everywhere in the villa were simply amazing! Having a dock right at the villa for our rental boat was very convenient. We never lost power, but lost water one day due to a community-wide issue...

"Treasure Cove was the perfect setting for our Son and new Daughter in law’s wedding. The ceremony was held on the magical private beach at Treasure Cove. The main house and two side wing suites were the perfect setting for the Bride and Groom to get ready before the big reveal. "We spent five nights in March 2024 at Cerulean Sands. Our family of five (three adults and two kids) had a great trip. Initial communications with the owner (Heidi) were always prompt and informative. Vanessa (the house manager) was incredible and even pre-stocked the house with groceries for us so we didn’t have to make a trip to the grocery store immediately upon arrival. "This was our second visit to Seabiscuit. We didn't think it could get any better, but this time we met the owner, Fina, who is so welcoming, kind and a gem of a host!! "We enjoyed our week at Bama Breeze so much. It was my mom, myself and my 3 kids, ages 14,12 and 11. It was perfect that the kids could go swim and snorkel right from the house. I felt it was very safe for them to do that especially at the lower tides. The owners were amazing at communicating and answer my questions the weeks and even months leading up to our stay.
