This was our third time to stay at the Nemo House and I hope it won't be our last! It's the perfect house. So well stocked, fantastic layout for two families, incredible views, perfect location on the island (close to grocery stores and a "half way point" between both ends of the island making trips to both ends feel doable.) Can't recommend enough.

Nemo House was the perfect vacation spot for our two families! It was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and being steps away from the amazing blue water was the icing on the cake! The only thing that would have made it better would be the A/C in the living areas-it struggled to keep cool and sometimes felt like it wasn't working. We brought it up to the house manager the first night and she did call the A/C company out to look at it, but they found nothing wrong. I just think the two mini-split units struggle to keep that large space cooled.

NEMO House Island Bliss!

We stayed at the Nemo House with three couples and had the most amazing time. The house had every amenity you could possibly think of—everything was thoughtfully stocked and beautifully maintained. The location was absolutely perfect, making it the ideal home base for exploring and relaxing.

Beautiful spot!!

So clean and well maintained; kitchen had everything you could ever need and it’s all labeled!! Each bedroom and bathroom were so nice to maintain privacy, and the gathering space was so warm and welcoming.

First trip to Exuma & Nemo House

This was our first trip to Exuma and wow! Nemo House was even better than the photos and descriptions! The house was stocked with all you would ever need. The location was perfect. My family really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Beautiful house in perfect location

The owner kept us well informed and shared information with us prior to arrival to assist us with ideas that we could do while at the Nemo House. We were met by her property manager and assistant manager Esther and Angel upon arrival. They were amazing and were always willing to answer quests and assist us with whatever we needed. The beach access was remarkable and had no rocks in the area of it which was nice with kiddos, the additional they had there was nice as well (paddle boards, kayaks, snorkel gear). The inside was stocked with all kinds of games and movies and a PS3 that the oldest loved. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and will be back to Nemo House the next time we come back!

Perfect family house

Perfect for our family, very clean house, comfortable beds, best stocked house ever, there wasn’t one thing we needed that wasn’t provided, convenient to shopping and food, short drive from airport, super easy check in and great communication with the property manager. Tar bay is beautiful with very few people on the beach. We will definitely be back!!

Totally exceeded all expectations

Nemo house is beyond exquisite. The beach is pristine and the water was a color blue that I have never seen before. The owners of the house outfitted it with every conceivable convenience. And Esther, the house manager was on top of everything. We loved our stay and cannot wait to come back. Would highly recommend!!!

Amazing Property and Location

The property was amazing from Top to bottom, every thing you need is there. Have stayed at a lot of properties all over and this one was one of, if not, the best most complete property. Location is amazing and beach/water is incredible. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Exuma. Layout was perfect for our two families (4 adults and 5 kids). Reading the welcome book I saw the owners build the property, they did a fantastic job. The lay out of the house was fabulous. 10 out of 10 , this property is a true gem.

Perfect for the whole family!

From large bedrooms and bathrooms to a well-stocked kitchen, this home has it all. The soft white sand in front of the house made a wonderful playground for our 2-year-old daughter. Our 15- and 17-year-olds had fun snorkeling on the calm ocean days and learned how to boogie board on the wavy ocean days. There was one cold and rainy day while we visited, so we took advantage of the variety of board games and movies stocked. We are already trying to figure out when we can make a return visit. This home is also centered on the island. It's a short 35-minute drive either north or south to explore the other ends of the island. If you decide to book this home, you will not be disappointed. It will provide you with lasting memories.

Spring break with family

Our high school seniors and college age children had a wonderful time (even with their parents; )! The Nemo house was a wonderful place to stay. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is amazingly well appointed. We used the grill several times during our stay as well. The bay in front of the house is just amazing - clear blue water and the rocks to the left of the house we called our "hot tub pools". It was a VERY relaxing time and the Nemo house only enhanced this atmosphere. Thank you so much for a wonderful week!!
