We were a group of 9 staying in June 2025, ages 17-79.The property was exactly as described, location on the beach was perfect.This is our 4th time staying in Exuma and this was the smallest group to go and there was plenty of space and beds. "We had a wonderful time. 4 adults (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad and 3 kids 10-16). The house is right on the ocean. With a pool. Caretakers are super responsive. About 20 minutes from GGT airport on Exuma. We did one 1/2 day boat excursion with snorkeling, feeding pigs and iguanas, some hiking, wading on sandbar. This was with Captain Perez or Crazy Bahamian. "

"Legacy Beach Suites is an excellent place to stay. Firstly, the owner Mr. Mckenzie is extremely accommodating and friendly. I felt right at home immediately. The room was very clean, spacious and well designed. All of the necessary amenities for comfort were available. The icing on the cake was the breathtaking beach within walking distance and in clear view from the room. "Unbelievable home and location. 9 of us stayed during July and could not have asked for a better home and location. Martin who takes care of the home deserves a special thank you. Anything we needed he responded to within minutes. If you stay here and rent a boat, be aware of the tides as boats may not be able to get in and out at low tide. Not a problem just takes some planning. Kayak up the lazy river and see a few barracuda and small sharks. "

"The house was amazing. The beach was beautiful and private. We only saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time we were there. (We were there for a week). "Our stay at the duplex was a good choice for our party of four. Waking up every morning to a beautiful view of the harbor is a great start to the day. The location is convenient to exploring both the north and south parts of the island and getting supplies from town. The home itself has nice indoor or outdoor gathering spaces and the neighborhood is well maintained as are the amenities. No complaints :)"

"The Mandarin House was perfect for our family of 9. Plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The house had everything you would need for a great time in Exuma.
