The house and the area were amazing. The check-in process was simple but the check-in location was a bit vague. Property manager was very responsive and gave me detailed instructions so this wasn't a big issue, but for those not familiar with the area a street name or address would simplify things.

This house if very large and spacious! We had a large group and there were still plenty of quiet spots to read a book or just relax on a porch. The walk to the beach is not bad. I thought we would need the bike or tram, but we walked every time. We love Seacrest for the location near Rosemary shops & art galleries and the beautiful pristine homes of Alys, and of course, the beautiful beach with super-soft sand. 30A Beach Girls were easy to get in touch with questions before the trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The house we rented, Well Adjusted, was perfect for our long delayed 50th anniversary trip. We had 9 family members, 6 adults and 3 kids. We had great access to the beach but it was crowded so we went the the public beach, Inlet Beach. We had a great 5 night stay.

The house was pretty much what was expected except the couches and chairs were really dirty. The bed downstairs had a plastic mattress protector on it so the sheet slid around and would not stay on. The other king downstairs had no mattress protector, just a sheet on the mattress. Other than that it was good.

This home was clean, well appointed and spacious. It had plenty of room for the 4 couples in our group. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were all comfortable. The home seemed larger than the pictures on VRBO. The hosts were attentive and checked on us frequently AND responded to our one need (a hiccup with the A/C that was remedied quickly). We would definitely return.

We LOVED our stay at Well Adjusted! We were here during spring break and the weather was perfect. The house is beautiful and so well kept. Very roomy , clean and well stocked. The porches were wonderful. The house backs up to a green area so it is very peaceful and quiet. But there is lots of action just a short 2 minute bike ride away. Our teenagers thought they had died and gone to heaven. So much to do and see in a 5-10 minute bike ride. We rented a golf cart which was great until we realized we can not drive it in Rosemary Beach. We did use it to tour Alys beach and ride up to Seacrest Center for ice cream and shopping. We had a wonderful time at Seacrest and would definitely stay in Well Adjusted again! The kids are already talking about coming back for next year for spring break.
