"It was a great property. Very quiet area like abnormally quiet at night. Very cozy and pleasant house. We walked to the beach twice in no time. Very nice and relaxing walk to the beach. Negatives: Two things, I have to address. Please deep clean the couch seats. Possibly a rug doctor. They were saturated with deep stains in them possibly from guests having pets. Maybe air out the house longer when guests have dogs. Other than that no issues. It was a very pleasant experience. "

"Lots of space and very comfortable accommodations. Love the memory foam mattresses because that is what we have at home so it made sleep so much better! Normally when traveling, sleep quality suffers but not here! Easy walking distance to the beach and in a very peaceful area! Love everything about the condo that we stayed in! Definitely recommend!!"

"This was our SECOND trip back to the Sea Breeze Beach House. We really enjoyed the quite neighborhood and location (short walks to the beach and St. Andrews State Park and close driving distance to good restaurants and grocery stores). The house is clean, kitchen well stocked, and our pups enjoyed the huge fenced in backyard. Highly recommend! "

"The home has carpet that has lots of stains in the upstairs bedroom covered with rugs. The upstairs shower area needs to be cleaned because it’s old and the ventilation is poor. It’s causing brown areas above the shower. The shower handle looks lightly molded."
