Beautiful Condo in Seacrest!

This condo was perfect for our family vacation with two young children! On top of how clean and beautiful the condo was itself, the short walk to the resort style pool with poolside bar and grill made the stay with young ones so enjoyable! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the 30A area! We will be back!

Best Getaway!

We had an amazing time during our week at Salty Sunsets! The location of the condo is amazing, steps away from the pool and only a couple minute walk from the beach. This place feels like a little slice of heaven and we can’t wait to come back soon!

Lovely family getaway

The location was perfect to access the pool, walk or take tram to the beach, and ride bikes to Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary. The games in the garage were a hit with the kids. Kathy was very responsive and welcoming. The property was comfy, clean, and had everything we needed for a lovely family beach trip. Would stay here again if we come back to the area! very clean, comfy, and had everythinneeded!

Great Location!

We loved out stay! Location was great, we walked to the pool, beach and shops! I had a few questions before and while we were on vacation. The hosts got back to us each time very quickly. Overall we had a great time!

Great place for family fun and rest!

This duplex was a lot of fun for my family of four and parents to stay at! Great location, fairly walkable area, close to the huge pool, not far from the beach (also very walkable), and good shopping either a slightly longer walk or really short drive away. The beaches were in wonderful shape as expected and even though they were a bit crowded some days (late May and early June), spending a little extra to reserve chairs through La Dolce Vita was worth it. We really liked having a garage for our car to keep it out of the sun and rain. My kids loved the place too -- plenty of space for the two of them to play without getting in the way of the four adults. Kitchen and living room space was good for our party of 6.

Spring Break 24

We had an amazing stay. The condo was lovely and perfect for a Spring Break with teenagers. We made breakfast, lunch and dinner daily for the teens. We had a perfect amount of space and all the kitchen items necessary to cook! The owners were so sweet and easily accessible for any issues. The location of this unit is perfect for shopping, the beach and especially the pool. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay in this unit and I would definitely come back!

Perfect Condo~

My family and I loved our stay at Salty Sunsets! The decor was absolutely beautiful and relaxing, the location is ideal and our hosts made us feel extra welcome with all of the sweet touches they added. We really hope to stay there again!

Great property and Kathy is great!

Unbelievable house/condo! Great decor and well kept! Would book the same place again next year if something is done to change the beach access. Only issue is the beach access. The only company that offers beach service said they were sold out since March (online and over the phone), yet they had sets available to rent on-site ($500 for 2 chairs - 1 umbrella for the week...). The "first come-first serve side of the beach access was so small it was ridiculous. You had to get up at 6am and get to the beach to get a spot. Too many people and not enough access.

Beautiful home, perfect location

Beautiful house, great layout for a large family with kids. Very well stocked and the kids loved the playroom in the garage. Perfect location near the pool and tram stop. Would highly recommend!

Big fan of this place !

Great location! Great size! Kitchen was so great and had all the things one might need including several charcuterie boards! Hosts were excellent, quick responders. We had nothing to complain about at all!

The host was very responsive. She was also thoughtful enough to leave us some goodies to welcome us! Perfect stay for us with 4 adults and a teen. Plenty of room. Very nice!

Florida Bliss!!

We absolutely loved this property and highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, updated, well stocked, central location in the Rosemary Beach area! We could Bike so many places in a short time! Fantastic set up for at home meals and grilling out! Game area in garage fantastic for late night play or steering clear if rain or cool air comes in! Amazing pools Right out our back door! Seacrest Beach just a short walk across the street or easy Tram ride that picks up right at the end of our driveway! Owners quick to respond and very informative on property and surrounding area questions! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful!

Great Beach House

We really enjoyed staying at this house at 30A/Seacrest Beach over fall break. It was clean and well stocked and had everything we needed. Great location also. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had.
