Great location by the pool but the construction prevented us from using the easy route! Large kitchen and large bedrooms, screened patio is very nice and hot tub is great! Our only complaint is the tvs didn’t work, remotes barely worked and the master suit has one channel.

Perfect location

We had a great time at this house! It’s an absolutely amazing location. Right in between Rosemary and Alys Beach, tons of walking and biking places to go to. There is a tram, but it’s also a very short walk to the beach. The only downside is they didn’t have beach or pool towels. Everything else was amazing! We stayed for thanksgiving week and the house is well stocked for big families and long vacations, beds are comfortable, overall we recommend!

Great House - Bad Communication

Overall, the house was great and the location was fantastic. We really enjoyed Seacrest. Biggest problem was the house wasn't very clean and communicating with property management was challenging. Asked multiple times to be connected with management, never heard from anyone. They did correct some of the issues, but we were told others were considered part of a "deep clean" that would be done at the end of the season.

The best we’ve stayed in!

Dishwasher, washer, dryer worked great which is not always the case! Laundry room was large and so nice for big families. Location was great, the walk to the beach was a little further than we have had in the past but still doable. The tram wasn’t running the hours they said when we got there and at times were hard to get a hold of, but the walk really isn’t bad. We loved having the green space out back for the kids to play and throw balls. The back patio was amazing! We enjoyed sitting out there reading and watching movies. The set up of the house is awesome! The closet/storage space, kitchen stuff, they thought of everything! Comfy beds/pillows. Clean!!! Definitely will book again. Would love if we could do a 10 day rental:)

Nice house - Great Location in Seacrest

We love staying right on the pool but booked a busy Easter weekend so we booked the next best, just a few houses down from the pool. Overall it’s a great house, we didn’t use the bikes but having 4 bikes out front is fantastic. Hot tub was a very nice amenity and all the rooms were good sized and comfortable. Overall, a great stay. One small HVAC hiccup but the 30a Vacay team handled it promptly which was very much appreciated.

Top notch vacation

The listing & photos accurately reflected the house. It’s within steps to the gorgeous pool & cafe (perfect for lunch) and a short tram ride to the ocean. I highly recommend reserving the beach umbrellas/chairs. The house was clean and well equipped. The Seacrest area has a lot to offer within walking or biking distance.

Overall ok. Hot tub filthy w yellow scum. Door to screened in porch was troublesome. Master toilet wonky. Trash on bushes in back. Otherwise spacious and comfortable. Layout is good. Screened in porch itself was awesome w large TV.

Beautiful Weather

The weather was perfect! The beaches were very crowded which was uncomfortable; however, they are so beautiful here. The house location was great - close to the pool and not a long walk to the beach. The tram service is a plus! The screened in porch was our favorite. To start, I am picky and a neat freak. The house needs a deep clean and the furniture needs freshing up. There were crumbs in all the drawers and cabinets and all the door handles and knobs needed a good scrub down. The silverware needs attention. The outdoor cushions need to be replaced. We’ve stayed in a lot of places in this area, not our favorite, but not miserable.

COVID-19

The property was great! Plenty of room, clean, close to everything. Beautiful grounds, pools, etc. Unfortunately, the teens next door partied daily with very loud music. The lovely screened porch with a great TV was hard to enjoy with all the partying and loud music going on, sometimes late into the night. The week we were there was also the beginning of the shutdown of beaches, restaurants, and the pools because of COVID-19. Couldn’t be helped, no one’s fault, things happen. Truly a very nice property with everything one could want.

Awesome house!!

Love everything about this house! Very clean, roomy, open floor plan and the screened in porch was our favorite spot! We did blow fuses with hairdryers several Times and there were very few washcloths- that’s our only minor complaints! We will book this house again—no doubt!
