Walton Rose
We had a great stay at Walton Rose. The property was as-advertised with a nice pool and convenient beach access. The house was clean on arrival and well-appointed. The check-in process was easy. The property manager did a good job of communicating all relevant information before we arrived.The main downside of the property was its design. While every individual space is enjoyable, the lack of flow between rooms and floors was a problem. Navigating the house with luggage and beach gear ranged from annoying to fairly difficult. The stand- alone garage felt like an afterthought, and the primary entrance to the home was narrow and double-gated. There were also some minor issues I would not have expected to see with a property in this area. The ice machine broke and leaked through the floor on day one (*fixed very promptly), the second floor dryer did not work, several doors were misaligned and hard to shut, and I had to reattach one of the door handles. All that said, we had a very nice time as a family and would recommend the property.
