Una atención realmente increíble por parte de todos los del hotel, me encanto que cuando necesitabas calentar comida o requeríamos de leche, café no importando la hora, este servicio estaba disponible. Al finalizar el encargado le obsequio a mi hijo un snack. el desayuno a pesar de que es sencillo, si uno sabe ser creativo, realmente resulta muy delicioso, uno de los empleados por ejemplo nos dio sugerencias acerca de este aspecto. Si queríamos un poco más de algo, se nos brindaba. Realmente no hay algo que nos molestara en demasía, solo que encontramos una vez la habitación no limpia, pero fue porque cuando estaban pasando a limpiarlas, nosotros continuamos en la habitación, a pesar de haber puesto en la puerta el letrero que te dan, lo reportamos y nunca se volvió a repetir esta situación, de hecho nos preguntaron. Y el detalle de las toallas éramos 3 personas y nos dieron dos, lo reportamos, y fue el mismo caso, nunca se volvió a repetir. Si me preguntaran que a pesar de este detalle volvería a regresar, diría que si, cuando la gente se desvive por atenderte y se preocupa por algo que no salió bien, vale la pena. La habitación a pesar de ser chica, nos sorprendió lo limpia y con una decoración nada convencional, muy atractiva, como si un diseñador hubiera estado a cargo. Una experiencia muuy agradable. DEFINITIVAMENTE VOLVERÍA A REGRESAR.

Excellent service, room was ready before it was indicated and they let us in right away with no extra charge. The room was always clean. We could do a late check out with no extra charge. The personnel was very sweet and very serving. Overall, would stay again and would recommend.

Muchas gracias por las amables palabras y la honesta reseña. Nos enorgullecemos de nuestra atención al cliente, pero el desayuno es definitivamente la guinda del pastel. Todavía somos bastante nuevos y estamos buscando más empleados multilingües, pero JP en la recepción habla español con fluidez.

Es una pena que un hotel nuevo se preocupe poco por mantener el ambiente de descanso de un hotel. Entre 11:30 de la noche y la 1:30 AM había demasiado ruido en el pasillo. Se escuchaban portazos. Gente hablando gritado. Dos veces llamé a recepción... en la mañana al reclamar la repuesta fue tan sin sentido.... me dijeron: es fin de semana y a aveces las personas están tomadas y hacen fiesta.... con una respuesta así, ni te detienes a seguir argumentando. En el desayuno, no servía la máquina de los jugos. Tampoco la de yogurt...

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I’m a New Yorker who moved out of state but travels back to NY ever so often for work and friends. I’ve stayed at other badly managed properties but was very happy to see that this hotel was very clean with nice decor, lots of outlets and a comfortable bed. The housekeepers and staff were all friendly and helpful. I did notice that parking in the back was very limited and tight, luckily I got the last spot when I checked in. I will definitely be booking this hotel during my next visits to NY. Thanks Glo staff and Expedia!

This place is excellent except for the parking situation. On Expedia they say there is parking but there were only 7-8 spots available for the whole hotel. Having a rental car, this information is misleading. In the end, I lucked out with a handicapped spot after some concerned people exchanges with management

The Staff are the best. I had been in many hotels in the last 2 years in NY and the staff ( front desk specially) in this hotel by far are the best, they are amazing.

Not a great neighborhood but it is directly across from the police station so we felt very safe. Not a neighborhood you want to be wandering around in at night. But then not many big cities are walkable all night either. The rate was good for the area and the manager was beyond sweet and helpful with us considering our flights were cancelled and we were reluctant tourists of NYC that were supposed to be in Portugal instead! Clean rooms. No hot breakfast they only had to go bags with bagels and yogurt and other goodies to go. Basic continental. Upside of that is when you sleep in and mix breakfast because of your late check in you still get it back to go at 11 o’clock! 😂

Mise à part que le déjeuner était pas un déjeuner chaud et nous pouvions pas nous servir et que finalement nous n'avons pas eu accès à un stationnement dans l'hôtel (ce qui impliquait de stationner sur la rue et s'inquiéter un peu) tout le reste était ok !

The front desk staff was super nice and my room was really clean. However, my room was in the basement with really no window. It was 58 degrees when I got in there. The free breakfast was non existent! No coffee, no access to a water cooler. The gym was closed even though it was supposed to be open. (I think fresh water was in there, behind the forever locked door.) and the neighborhood around this hotel isn’t great. Very little worth walking to and no real restaurants within 5 or so blocks.

We were allowed to check in early. The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. I loved that they had a pull out twin bed. I was able to get one of the free parking spots which was very convenient. No complaints.

Pay for what you get!
Nice new building, Next door to Police station so feels like a safe area. But false advertising about breakfast, was just a bag you have to collect from Reception with a Bagel, False advertising about the Gym, doesn't not exist its a storage room. Thin walls and close to main road so was hard to sleep.

We really liked the management but felt that the cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. We also felt like the amenities in room weren't replenished and the workout room is still closed.

The hotel room is small but clean. There is only limited street parking near the hotel. But the biggest problem is the noise. 1-2am in the morning, someone was yelling loudly in the hallway and 3 or 4 am, there was a lot of noise right outside the window. I probably slept less than 3 hours and that was not pleasant.
