We have already met with our cleaning team to avoid this issue from happening again. All of our units are sprayed by a professional and licensed extermination company on a monthly basis. But because of the climate bugs and roaches cannot be totally eradicated. I am glad that you are satisfied with our communication. Excellent communication is very important to us.
