DO NOT BOOK HERE. TERRIBLE , SCAM
Upon arriving to the property the electronic door code did not work and we had to wait a little for the “host” to tell us to get in with a key. As soon as we walked in the air reeked of mold and mildew. The house was trashed, had not been clean roaches and rat pellets everywhere. None of the beds had sheets and none of the bathrooms had towels. At first , the a/c didn’t even work and multiple lights did not work. There was trash everywhere, dirt everywhere, oil all over the stove top and lizards inside. Even though the house was disgusting and inhabitable we tried to make the most of it Hoping the host would be helpful and accommodating. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. Besides the lack of communication and accountability he did nothing to help us. We had to buy our own blankets , towels and rags. He told us he could refund us the first day because of all of that and assured us a cleaner would be there at 12pm the following afternoon. In the morning we cleared our things out and waited until 2, no cleaner came. Finally at 3:30 a cleaner who smoke no English came and told us the host never told her to come at 12, and that she was “doing us a favor” she refused to give us blankets and towels and left without cleaning or giving us anything. The house was infested with roaches and for some reason none of this was the “hosts fault” on the 3rd day the gate wouldn’t open and again told us that it wasn’t his fault and there’s nothing to do so we were trapped in the complex
