Gale five stars. Property management zero.
I went to Miami with one other friend for the hundredth time. While the hotel was amazing the management company was horrible. My second day staying at the property I realized that there was a glass missing and I let them know and they replied telling me that their staff send them pictures. Um the glass is not here. And guess who gets charged for it? Me. We do some more looking around and there’s trash in the supplied cooler bag from the previous stay. They aren’t even checking and making sure that everything is clean but you put so much faith into the fact that they’re sending you accurate pictures? OK. And most importantly they are ill prepared and bend rules in their own favor. I only travel with one other person I had to practically beg for another face cloth from the single one they supplied. When at minimum there should be four sets of all towels. We were in town for four nights. I literally had to point out the fact that I had an additional guest and that they made me register that guest, and then I was brought an additional face cloth. And then they were the black makeup ones and they were still running dye so they were brand new & unwashed. Before check in we paid a fee to hold our luggage, but there was no need to hold the luggage bc the room was ready and then told me it was an early check-in fee after I inquired about getting my luggage fee back. I’d 100% stay at the Gale again, but it would NEVER be under this property management company.
