"My wife & I had an incredible vacation at Chadwick! We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the marina & the beach was right across the street and in addition, there were 3 waterfront restaurants within walking distance - it can't get any better than that!"

"Lovely, clean place to stay! The unit was completely redone recently. Kayaks were great to use on Lemon Bay. Beach 2 block walk away but Unit comes with beach cart, beach chairs & umbrella. Quiet neighborhood. Great kitchen and even a grill in the backyard. Check in was super easy and the 2 owners were quick to respond to my questions. Would stay here again "

"Chose this unit due to the access to the beach, but after booking we find out there is no access. A ten digit entry code is excessive. The "rules" by Vacasa didn't lend a carefree beach visit. Seemed like furniture and kitchen supplies were 2nd hand and cheap. Only one toilet paper roll for a stay was pretty frugal. We had to buy some. The couch/recliner was not comfortable at all.Unfortunately, other units were being remodeled so the construction noise was not relaxing. We understand that it...

"We were attending a 60th family reunion. Many were staying down the beach near stump pass. We decided to check out off site bookings Everything was perfect. The gentleman even showed upbto jump one of our cars when we were checking out!"
