Without a doubt, the best place—very spacious and in an excellent location. You have the beach right out front, and Gasparilla Beach—which is very beautiful—is just 25 minutes away. Communication with the owner was excellent, the sunsets were fantastic, and the terrace overlooking the bay—with the breeze blowing—was a delight. We will definitely be back!

Clean and nice place. The manager was super nice and attentive. And the beach is just across the street! We definitely enjoyed our stay.

When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you had to hang it inside the shower where it should be hanging on the outside of the shower we had a ladder leaning against our balcony the whole time we were there we were supposed to have an ocean view, but we could not see the ocean until we walked across the street to the beach. we had issues with the TV, but that got straightened out Everything was convenient either to walk to or drive by car We thought there was a pool, but it was empty Guess that was under renovation too If we had known it was under renovation, we probably would’ve looked elsewhere

Beautiful condo equipped with everything! Ocean view from our bedroom and bay view from living room and balcony. Meticulously clean with modern comforts, we will definitely return and highly recommend.

The place is cute. I thought I reserved a two bedroom but ended up with a one bedroom with a Murphy bed in the living area which worked for us. The beach is across the street with beautiful sunsets. One thing to note, it is next to a bar and grill with live music. Overall, I would stay again. You can walk to restaurants and a convenience store.

Loud music next door came through the walls made it impossible to sleep. The first couple days were fine but things got pretty wild towards the end of the week with competing bands. There was no way you could sit on the balcony at night. There was also mold in the ceilings by vent and there was a big black spot in kitchen. The vent above the bed had condensation and black mold. Woke up with headaches every day. It would have also been nice to have a place to put your luggage. Everything was on the floor which freaked us out because we saw a roach in the hallway by the bathroom. The place is also not stocked very well. Kitchen has like 4 forks, weird shaped spoons and plastic plates which is not good in for using the microwave. Living room lighting was in the ceiling only. It was super bright even at the lowest setting, so I ended up using the lamp from the bedroom. It felt like a divorced man's apartment, not very cozy. I probably would not stay here again. Although having the beach across the street was pretty nice.

Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.

Can't get any better!

My wife & I had an incredible vacation at Chadwick! We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the marina & the beach was right across the street and in addition, there were 3 waterfront restaurants within walking distance - it can't get any better than that!

Very nice and updated property with a great panoramic view of the bay and ocean. Easy check in and checkout. Close to everything in Montasota Key/Englewood.

Chadwick Cove was recently renovated. The interior is cozy, clean and you have everything you need in the condo. Breakfast in the balcony to watch the sunrise at the bay was a plus.

The host was excellent—very responsive, helpful, and overall a five-star experience on that front. The biggest strengths of this place are the location and value. Being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus, and the price was very reasonable compared to other listings (especially on Hotels.com). The bathrooms were also clean, which we appreciated. That said, the condo itself is quite dated and could really benefit from some light remodeling. While it had clearly been cleaned, there are areas—like closet racks, doors, and handles—that have a buildup of residue that seems beyond what regular cleaning can fix. Some of the kitchen cabinets were also in poor condition. The main drawback for us was a noticeable musty/moldy smell when we first walked in. We did get somewhat used to it after a day, but it lingered on our belongings—we ended up washing all of our clothes and even soft bags after returning home to get rid of the smell. Overall, we’re glad we were able to stay here given the short notice and great beach access. With some updates and deeper restoration, this could be a fantastic place.

Second time staying here. Little hiccup checking in. Just make sure to contact the day before. Love the place. It's really beautiful, clean, comfortable. The location is amazing. I like it better than beach front. More to watch on the bay. We saw dolphins every day. They have beach towels and chairs for those of us that fly. I left an umbrella for the next group. Funny thing though. The ceiling fan remotes are on the same frequency. So we were all turning on or off each others light or fan. You may have to Google it. No biggie though. Already planning next stay.
