Inside was very clean and well appointed with comfortable furniture. The pillows were way too full/hard. Bed was comfortable. Hot water could be a little hotter. We did only have 3 wash cloths for 4 people. There was debris around outside of property that stayed there the whole week. So a little outside maintenance. Otherwise would stay again. And would recommend anyone to stay there.

Sure! Here’s a more laid-back, casual version:Loved this place! Great location, the rental was really lovely with cute, tasteful decor, and the beach was amazing. We walked to local restaurants which was super convenient. Communication was easy and quick. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was great. Clean. Beach still recovering from Milton so was a little disappointing. BUT since the temperature outside was in the 40s when we got there temp on lower level was 65 and upper level 63. After repairman came he got upper level fixed and said lower level would take a while to warm up but never got over 65

Beach Condo

Condo was very clean and loved location on the beach. Unit was hot inside air was only able to be set at 73. Parking was super tight I’m glad they had parking at additional lot for my larger truck. Host was responsive when had problems with air and had a repair service come out promptly. Overall good just need to update air conditioning unit so it can go lower than 73.

Close to the beach

The property is so close to the beach but the parking is terrible if you don’t have a compact car. We had to park at the sister property a couple properties away. The car was safe there but inconvenient. The house was clean but all the furniture is old and really needs to be updated.

The property was satisfactorily. The place needs some maintenance and TLC. The unit had some visible areas of damage. Broken tile and missing grout i the up stairs ki g room. The 2nd bedroom had a hole in the wall. Some water damage in places and in the king room the A/C vent dripped cold water all night.

Very spacious, great host quick response time there are steps in this unit to get up to the living room, kitchen dining, and then another set of steps to get up to the bedrooms. But you can’t beat this area. You’re literally on the beach. This is our second stay Our family rents multiple condos at a time.

We enjoyed the private beach access, the closeness to the restraunts, and the cottage we stayed in. Only thing we thought we had the cottage directly on the beach not by the road. Still would plan to come back :).

Overpriced, shabby and not as advertised

Claimed to be beachfront with amazing views of beach. Unit is roadfront with view of street, neighbor parking and from out on the balcony only if you look over the parking trees and rooftops sliver of gulf is visible. Elevator was actually an empty shaft locked closed not functional. Bathroom floor rotting and so soft and badly flexed I was not comfortable standing on the broken floor tiles. AC ceiling vent in bedroom moldy. Other ceiling broken and flaking off. Unpatched hole in bedroom wall. Claimed tv’s in all rooms but not true either. Spindles in stairs railings broken out and missing in several places. Other units may be in better shape but unit C needs serious work and would be overpriced at half the rate they charged per night. Only nice thing was it was only 100 yards to the beach. Shame on owners and VRBO for putting up such a false advertisement. Have photos of all if VRBO interested in seeing what it is really like. Am regular VRBO customer and this was worst experience ever and only one that I felt I had to review.

Beautiful townhouse with excellent access to the beach

The place was amazing and granted access to a beautiful private section of the beach. Definitely will plan to stay again if we find our way back to Florida and will recommend to others.

Great stay!

Unit C was perfect for our family of four. Clean and plenty of space to move around. Bedrooms are on the third level. Beach chairs and towels are available. Kitchen stocked with the basics. Easy walk to the beach. The only thing I might suggest would be a broom and some basic cleaning supplies as we like to clean up after ourselves during our stay! All in all, would definitely return!

OASIS ON THE BEACH

I am a FL native and have been to beaches on both FL coasts my whole life. THIS IS BEACH HEAVEN! The property itself is spacious, incredibly clean, and steps to the water and sand. The location can not be better if you are looking for peace and a private secluded beach. Water was clear and calm for snorkeling in the mornings. Turtle nests were abundant and the turtle patrol women were gracious enough to chit chat with me about their work and how important the hatching season is. The few people we saw during our stay were welcoming and gave us tips on where to find the best sharks teeth and shells, and a neighbor offered boogie boards to my sons. We came home with over 30 sharks teeth and a great variety of seashells. A dolphin visited us in the water on our first day. A manatee visited us the second. :) We even found a seahorse just walking the beach right: All of this right outside of the rental. Lock n’ Key is an amazing seafood restaurant and they delivered our fresh seafood right to the beach. Can’t get better than that. All we talked about on our drive home was coming back. This is a true gem. Thank you for having my family!
