"Close to most amenities and destinations "

"The house was decorated very nicely, and the pool was awesome. The master bathroom did have some issues with the light switches, but once I figured out the trick of getting the lights on it wasn’t a problem. My kids loved the house, and the pool area. There were a couple of beach chairs, and we left a couple more fold up chairs and snorkel masks for the next family to enjoy. It’s a short distance to Boca Grande (which we love) and not far from Englewood beach. It is about a 45 min to 1 hour...

"Place could get a little more clean on the outside but overall it was nice and we loved the set up of the house and how prompt the communication was with the host we will be back ."

"We were looking for a place close to family and this location was perfect. We completely enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Even though Englewood Beach was closed during our visit, it was still a close drive to the nearest open beach and we were happy to get some beach time in February instead of snow."

"Plenty of room. Comfortable. Well appointed. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough to find plenty to do. The exercise pool/hot tub was a plus for sure. We would definitely stay here again."

"Perfectly clean, perfectly appointed, & amazingly convenient! The public boat launch is across the canal & Florida’s favorite grocer only 1/2 mile away. Perhaps the best seafood restaurant for miles is literally at the end of the street. Yet the house is on a quiet street and a self-contained vacation in itself. Fully-stocked kitchen, game room, pool - a comfortable respite. We will definitely be back! On this trip we visited Stump Pass Beach State Park (beach side and bay side), Englewood...

"My husband and I just spent 5 wonderful weeks here, along with his sister and her husband. Almost immediately we felt like it was home. We like to play cards at night and the kitchen table gave us ample room. The kitchen was laid out nicely which made it easy to prepare meals. The living room area was very comfortable. "Beautiful decor, perfect location to the beach (5min walking). very thoughtful touches throughout the rental. The kitchen is well- equipped with all you need. Bedroom with excellent mattress. "Absolutely LOVED this place! So many nice touches by the hostess. Fresh vase of flowers, a lovely dessert and a bottle of wine greeted us upon entering. Nicely stocked kitchen for cooking was a plus! Having our boat at the back door was awesome! We spent pretty much our entire vacation on the water all day! One of our best vacations in the nearly 20 years we've been visiting the area. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"
