"Our family had an amazing time at Frank’s place in Englewood. The home was beautiful, very clean (a phrase I always look for when reviewing VRBO properties), very well stocked— I can’t think of anything Frank could add— bath & beach towels were aplenty, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, kid’s books and toys, board games, adjustable dumbbells, exercise ball etc. It was great! "Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at this property. Manasota Key is still recovering from the 2024 storms, but this house and property are in pristine condition. Views from every room are spectacular and the upstairs master is massive and super comfortable. Shelling at the property top-notch. The kids found dozens of shark teeth too. There is a reef structure not far off the beach teeming with little fish and some live coral. We’ll certainly be looking for this property again next time we...

"It is a lovely open plan home. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and silverware. Kiddos complained that the pool was too hot. It gets direct sun and a hot July made it uncomfortable. "

"We had an incredible time during our stay. The home is stunning and the location is unbeatable. We were at the beach in 3 minutes. The place was spotless, spacious, and decorated with class. "Beautiful, FULLY STOCKED house and property. This was a great house for two families of four! The kids loved the bunk room and adults apprecaited the comfy king bedrooms on the other side of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the odds and ends for a beach day were also available (towels, buggies, beach chairs, a cooler, floats, etc.) The beach was in walking distance, but we had probably more fun in the backyard enjoying the pool, ninja-style playground, fire place, and cold...

"We had amazing time! House beautiful pictures attached and was cleaned and stocked with everything they said would be there. Spent Father’s Day weekend with family and there was 12 of us and there was plenty of room. Fishing dock out back to the canal was perfect for my grandsons to fish and the pool was a big hit for everyone. Close to beach and place to put boat in for the guys to go fishing!
