New, clean unit. Given the cost, was disappointed with the overall value compared to other rentals in Manasota Key. Examples: polyester bed sheets; bath towels with bleach spots/stains; no beach cooler provided; no beach umbrella provided (and zero shade on the beach); no beach wagon provided; parking onsite is tight, is for one vehicle only, and overflow parking lot is 4 properties away.

This was by far the best beach house we have ever stayed in. It was so clean, provided everything we needed, right on the beach, minutes away from dining, and shopping. It felt like we were at home! The communication with Andrew was amazing! He was very responsive, and answered every question we had! We have already decided this is our new vacation spot for years to come! Thank you Andrew, for everything!

What a great location - a short walk to great restaurants. Balcony city one off the Master one off the secondary and a huge one off the kitchen/great room. Oh did I mention they all have gulf views. Comfortable furniture it was cold for the first few days so we didn’t stay out late the tv/satellite was a game saver for music or movies

This condo has clearly been repaired and newly updated since the hurricane that left the area with much damage. Properties on either side of this building are still in ruins. This condo is clean, spacious and comfortable. And steps to the beach! I would stay there again.

We had an amazing stay! The pictures of the condo do not do it justice. The condo was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space to keep everyone happy. The only downfall ( and not one that would keep us from returning ) is the parking. We drive a Tahoe and were unable to fit it in the assigned parking spot due to the pillars and actual property size. However they have a solution as there is an overflow lot they allow you to park in that is walkable! Don’t let this detour you as the condo and location is worth it ! We will return.

Great stay

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here! The location was amazing! Right on the beach which is a private beach! No crowd at all! The place was a great size clean and exactly as advertised! This is the typical “beach living” style. Andrew was very responsive! He let us check in early which was so amazing! We can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for everything!

3rd time & definitely coming back!

We’ve stayed here in this unit & the house right by here 3 times since July 2023, and we are definitely rebooking for next year. The location is amazing, the host is great, and we love coming as a family. Unit is fully stocked, just need to bring your food and shampoo/toiletries. They have regular towels, beach towels, etc. Definitely coming back next year!

The perfect family getaway!

This was the most PERFECT spot for a family vacation! The condo was SO spacious and had everything you could possibly need inside. The host (Andrew) was amazing and even let us check in early to decorate the place for my mom’s surprise 60th. We can’t wait to come back again!

Great Family Beach Getaway

We really enjoyed our week at this property. It was spacious, clean and a short walk to the beach. The view of the Gulf was spectacular from the balcony -- you could even spot dolphins in the water. The beach was quiet during our stay (Mon-Fri), but started to pick up closer to the weekend, as to be expected. Our first day there we watched a sea turtle come out of the water & lay her eggs. Amazing!! Parking is very tight. My spouse has a Nissan Frontier and it took him several attempts to not only get out of the parking space, but also driving around the buiding to exit. In addition to the Frontier, we had a Buick Envision & Nissan Rouge which were a bit easier to navigate out of the parking spots. Anything larger you may want to park in the lot a few doors down. Just an FYI, the condo is not "kid friendly". The grandkids are 2,3 & 6. I had to move breakable & sharp objects out of the reach. Also, the front door does not lock from the inside. We had to barricade the door and elevator buttons to keep the 2 year old from escaping. It was hot the week were there and the AC could not keep up for about 2-3 hours in the afternoon, but we just turned the fans on and it was fine. The elevator was great to haul our stuff up & down from the cars. It opens directly into the unit, but you need a special code to use it, so there is not much of a chance of someone else getting in by accident. Overall this was a great place to stay & would highly recommend it to others.
