"Amazing holiday house. Spacious villa with a magnificent view, very nice pool and all the equipment you need. The house is very well placed for day trips to beautiful villages like Sperlonga and Gaeta but also great to take the train to Rome for a visit. The pool is fantastic to relax but also large enough to do some actual swimming, and we were very happy that it contained salt instead of chloride. "Nous avons été accueillis par les hôtes les plus charmants qu’ils soient dans une maison très calme avec une très belle vie et une grande piscine. Tout était impeccable. La maison est une bonne base arrière pour visiter la région d’Orvieto, le nord du Latium, l’ouest de l’Ombrie et le sud de la Toscane. Pour info, il y avait 3 chats (très sympas !). Nous recommandons chaleureusement. "

"We brought my mom to Rome for the first time & she wanted to stay in a neighborhood versus the real touristy areas. This place is well taken care of & is just what she wanted. The neighborhood is peaceful with lots of local foods, groceries & coffee shops within walking distance. We walked from the villa to the Colosseum & around Rome. It's not real close but the beauty you see along the way is so worth it. Each bedroom has its own bathroom & AC, should you need it. I suspect the only complaint...

"I spent two weeks with my family in this nice property. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is well equipped, including (besides standard appliances) a modern barbecue and a large flat-screen TV. The house has an ample and well cared garden, with lawn and Mediterranean vegetation and a wonderful pool, which we enjoyed a lot.
