"We took a European cruise and after returning to Rome stayed in a Villa outside the city, it was hands down the best rental we ever stayed in, The hosts were 5 star, they provided authentic Italian breakfast and some dinners for us and were the nicest people we ever met, if in Rome a must stay!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!"

"La Cucina exceeded our expectations in every way. Our family gathered from three places in Europe and the US to meet for time together mixed with seeing the best of Rome. "We just had a magical stay at this villa with two families and children… looks better than the pictures…, we were easily able pop in and out of all the best tours and sites and restaurants and shopping just a quick cab ride away…. At night drinking wine on the patio while the kids jumped in and out of the hot tub…. Great coffee shop and walking parks just up the street… we would def come back and Great for two families to share."

"My husband and I and our grown children came to Terracina for our grand daughters baptism. We are not beach fans but we loved the pool. Our host was so pleasant and welcoming. I have mobility issue so the many steps were a challenge but the view from the top was well worth it! We cooked in the well equipped kitchen and ate on the terrace overlooking the water and the city. "Das Haus und die Lage ist echt super, die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben uns eine Reihe von Aktivitäten angeboten, die wir ganz einfach und simpel über sie buchen konnten. Einziger Minuspunkt: Wir wollten die Villa für 24 Personen buchen und das hat dann bedeutet, dass zum Preis hier auf FeWo Direkt noch einmal 700€ dazu kamen. Diese "versteckten" Kosten haben uns gestört, ansonsten war's top!"

"Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben. Absolut sauber, modern und mit wirklich ALLEM ausgestattet was man braucht. Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Vermieter war reibungslos. Ein kleines Problem wurde sofort gelöst. Es wurde sogar ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung gestellt obwohl dies nicht in der Anzeige stand. Ich würde das Haus sofort wieder mieten."

"This place is truly spectacular! We can't fault it. 'Spotlessly clean, gorgeous house and gardens, huge pool with pool lights. Tranquil surroundings. Highly efficient communication with both Frida (caretaker) and Jean Marc (owner). Lots to do and see in the area, but we didn't want to go out too much it was so beautiful! Naples is an easy train ride away and we loved the Tiberius cave at Sperlonga. We didn't want to leave!"

"My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. "Beautiful home in a quiet, peaceful location with gorgeous views. It's a bit far from any major city, which required renting a car (not a fan of driving in Italy), but leaving the busy cities and returning there to relax at the end of the day in a hot tub overlooking the sea was definitely worth it. "Terrific location for a large family gathering - kids loved the pool and the tennis court, adults loved the space and quiet. Train station 15 minutes away got us to the centre of Rome in an hour. Roberto was a responsive and welcoming host."

"Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage für einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war.
