"The location is perfect for Spoleto. So many great restaurants to explore. We had a car. So recommend going directly to train station for parking permit at one of the e Parcheggio. We used Spoletosfera. We found it easier to get to. Had to walk a bit to get to apartment. It is 20 euro a month to park. Versus the 20/day! So worth getting the permit. Just need you car info and drivers license or ID. Host was super helpful. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and very well stocked...

"Wir haben die Unterkunft für 5 Tage für einen Golfausflug unter Freunden gebucht. Das Haus ist sehr groß, mit 3 getrennten Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, was für unsere Gruppe ideal war. Alles war makellos sauber. Wir haben die großzügige Terrasse mit der tollen Aussicht über die römischen Hügel ausgiebig genutzt. Die Kommunkation mit Giorgio lief schnell und unkompliziert. "We stayed in August for 2 weeks in the villa of Stefano and had a great time. The house was fine, everything we needed was present in the villa, as long as we kept the shutters closed during the day to keep the heat out, we kept the house cool for the nights. We had access to 2 swimmingpools (!!), where do you find that? Stefano was a great host and always very helpful with advise and information about local sights to visit. We also enjoyed the local yearly festivities which are held in August....
