The Verdenera country house is surrounded by the greenery of the Valnerina, in a strategic position to reach the Marmore Waterfall and Spoleto. It offers a spacious and fully accessible accommodation for people with disabilities, equipped with a double bed, a double sofa bed in the living room and a private bathroom, in a non-smoking environment where pets are allowed free of charge (let us know in advance). Parking at the facility is free.
When staying at the property , daily cleaning, breakfast (served with flexible hours until 11:00) and a change of linen every three days are included in the price .
Guests are personally welcomed and can make use of a common room with board games and local information material, as well as a large garden surrounded by woods and a furnished porch ideal for relaxing or for having breakfast outdoors.

City Tax: We remind you that at check-in you might have to pay the tourist city tax, according to the season

Extra: EXTRA CLEANING € 20,00 Per day (upon request) For long-term stays (over 29 nights), at check-in it is required to sign a lease agreement and a services contract, and to have an Italian tax identification number (codice fiscale).
