Excellent communication with David! Booked somewhat last minute for our family of 4 the night before catching an early flight at FCO. He welcomed us upon arrival and showed us around. Very clean and comfortable. Free parking spot right out front. Also very walkable to waterfront for lots of restaurants. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay David!

We stayed there for 1 night. David lives next door and was super nice, welcoming and informative. The apartment is not very large but very well designed and equipped so there's room for everyone. Super clean and tidy. The outdoor are is simply charming, couldn't help from hanging out there is the evening.The area is very convenient, close to FCO and many restaurants nearby.Overall, a very enjoyable stay for a one night connection at FCO. Would book again under similar circumstances.

David was a wonderful host, he had great communication. The apartment was great, it was very clean, very neat and well decorated. The bedding was very clean. The apartment has Two bathrooms with showers, Nice . The front yard is very nice with an amazing outdoor kitchen with grill and plenty of seating!! for a private place to hang out in Rome look no further !! Good WiFi too!!!

There is more to Rome than just “Rome”. This place felt like home from the communication of our host David, to the outdoor space and restaurants that are walking distance which offer wonderful food for great prices. Multiple supermarkets close by. Beach is 5 minute drive. We also drove to Ostia Beaches which are beautiful and about 25 minutes away. Also a short walk to s small water front path with great seafood restaurants and outdoor seating. We have travelled well over 25 times same person and This beats most trip we have been on and best VRBO we have stayed at. Ciao David and Grazie Mille!!!!!

Convenient to airport and great coffee nearby

David was super friendly and helpful. The property was very convenient and comfortable. The location wasn’t super attractive but very convenient to Fiumicino airport with excellent coffee at a nearby bar and a large supermarket around the corner.

We only stayed one night but overall, it was a great place to stay for our layover. It was convenient to the airport and not too far from the center of Rome. The apartment was clean and David was very helpful getting us in and settled. The beds were not really beds, more like cots and a pull out couch. A friend staying with us had his feet hanging off the end in his room (he is very tall though). Those smaller cots are good for kids.

Great place and perfect for our family of 4! We had a one night stay prior to a morning flight. Wonderful location - can easily walk to beach and lots of restaurants. Apartment and garden are wonderful and peaceful! And, having a washing machine was a huge plus!Additionally, David is a great host. Super responsive and he even helped arrange transportation for us which made things super easy.Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home!!

David was an exceptional host - kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The air conditioning was a huge bonus, especially during the heat wave. Despite being close to the airport, we barely noticed any plane noise. David also gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations and even offered to make reservations for us. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here!

Great Stay in Fiumicino!

David was so kind friendly and helpful! The house is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood and very close to the airport. The host was so helpful and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do during my stay. He was also always available to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s apartment! David was incredibly gracious and patient as our arrival time kept changing, which we truly appreciated.
