Location is excellent. Truman Annex is close to everything in Key West but very quiet at night. The pool is literally right outside the front door. The unit was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Vacasa manages the unit. We booked through VRBO, and that led to getting messages from both groups, which was annoying since they conflicted at times, such as when patments were due. Also, there was no book explaining things about the unit, which seems to be a Vacasa thing. There was 1 key to get into the unit. A second would be nice to have, although there is a lockbox to keep it in. There were additional unmarked keys hanging in the unit. One was for the pedestrian gates to get into Truman Annex. Sure would be nice to know before we went out for the night, but again, no book to explain that. There is nowhere close to store luggage when checking out, which is a problem when your flight is later in the day. I had to prompt them for checkout info. Last, nowhere easy to park bikes. Overall, a nice place to stay, just need better communication from Vacasa.
