"We really enjoyed the peaceful community and the very warm heated pool. It was so nice to have en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms. The kitchen had every tool and appliance one could possibly need. We also appreciated the local artwork. We didn’t rent a car, ride services were always available in less than 5 minutes. Our flight arrived early and we were able to check in early. The electric locks were very convenient. A lovely stay!"

"Our stay was amazing. We had a washer/dryer issue and our host and AvantStay were most accommodating. Our host actually did a load of laundry for us! There is a parking spot out front that is perfect for a golf cart, etc. The cottage is just perfect for 2. I loved the kitchen. It would be perfect to cook in ( I Didn’t) but you could. I can’t go on enough about AvantStay and the host!! Truly remarkable!! Thank you and we will be back. "

"The Cottage at James House was perfect for our needs! Up to this point we have always stayed inside the Truman Annex. This location was perfect being just off of Duval Street and close to the Key West Marina. We enjoyed the extra space that the cottage gave us as compared to a hotel room. The covered sitting area in the private space outside was perfect for morning coffee and conversation. "

It is a little confusing to find the property and the parking and where to load and unload our belongs but the stay was very enjoyable. I love walking downtown to Mallory Square and Duval Street.
