The property listing not show that it was the second floor which I think is deceiving. The TV was not working which made us lose some quality get together time with family after we returned to the property in the evening. The hot tub was all green and was not working.

Perfect location, excellent property management!

It was very accurate to online pics. Clean. Excellent communication with host. Very accommodating. Easy check in and check out. Awesome location in the middle of Duval Street, but no problems with traffic or noise! Walking distance to everything! Convenient parking. We enjoyed our stay and visit to Key West- just wish we didn’t have to leave! Highly recommend!

Awesome location on Duval!

House was very small but nice and clean! Air conditioning stopped working the first day but A/C repairmen were there within 15 minutes and fixed it! Located right on Duval so excellent location!

Fun in the sun

The property was clean and well stocked with what we needed to cook meals and relax when we were not out seeing the island! We had a great time and really enjoyed the place. Close to pretty much everything.

Enjoyed our stay in Key West

We had a great time in Key West. The location of this property was great, allowing us to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The unit was clean and provided all the basics we needed. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great Location!

We had a wonderful stay and the property manager was very responsive and flexible. We found the hot tub a little dirty when we arrived but it was immediately addressed as soon as we notified the property manager. We also had several vehicles and needed some assistance with parking and transportation that management graciously accommodated

Nice Location in Key West

The nearby club was not an issue as it gets quiet at 11pm. The beds could be a bit shorter and firmer to get a good night sleep. The kitchen and the bathroom were just what we needed.

Relaxing Retreat for two couples

We loved our stay on Duval Street. This upstairs unit was so comfortable for me and my husband and my brother and sister in law. One bathroom, plenty of room in the well appointed kitchen and a sweet balcony for sitting. The hot tub in the garden area was absolutely lovely! We used it every day. Being so close to amazing food and shopping was great; easy walk or biking to pickleball and Higgs beach. The place shows its age in the fading paint and the bathroom light fixture that doesn’t quite work right and the shower that doesn’t fully drain easily. But for the money it was totally worth it. Even though the gate opens directly into the la Ti Da drag club across the street, the unit faces the back side street and is blissfully quiet. The beds are very tall and springy! The bedding was soft and clean and comfortable. Having a designated parking spot on the side street was awesome as parking on duval is at a premium. The bike rental on Catherine St was fantastic - so affordable and the bikes were so comfortable. We watched the sunsets at Zachary Taylor State Park which was breathtaking. Don’t miss the Hemingway House tour either. All the sweet kitties and so much history. Heads up there are chickens and roosters everywhere in key west. Our apartment common area was home to a mama chicken and two tiny chicks. They scratched up the gravel onto the walkway. It was so cute to watch. We can’t wait to come back to key west!!
