"After reading the reviews I was VERY apprehensive about what we were going to deal with once we checked in. However, it was nothing like what all of the negative comments say. When I mentioned it to my husband he reminded me that usually the “Karen’s” are the ones who leave the mean reviews and people like us forget to even post.
