This place was an absolute disaster. We arrived on Friday and there was no working shower. It was never fixed during our entire stay.I immediately requested a refund so we could leave and find another place, but that was denied. The management company was extremely frustrating to deal with. They avoided direct communication, ignored our request to call, and continued sending generic messages through VRBO instead of actually resolving the issue or actually listening. We made it very clear that we had a busy schedule and simply needed a functional shower. That basic need was never met.The property is advertised as “renovated,” which is wildly misleading. This is lipstick on a pig and not even done well. A bit of paint and IKEA furniture does not equal a renovation. The bathroom, especially the shower, is in unacceptable condition, has mold, cracked grout, rusted fixtures, and is completely non functional. It needs to be gutted, not covered up. The doors between the two spaces that are supposed to provide privacy and separation were also completely broken.The only redeeming quality is the location in Coconut Grove. Everything else fell far below expectations.Would not stay here.
