Hidden fee & stains

There was a hidden, non-refundable 70 damage fee that wasn’t detailed until after booking. Also, carpet in both bedrooms and deck was stained and bathrooms & kitchen looked a little “tired”. Bird poop on and locked front door upon arrival. Cool area, loved the island but would not stay here again.

Had the pleasure of staying at Amelia Treehouse with my husband and teenage son recently. The apartment was very clean, stylishly decorated, quiet, and comfortable. Summer vacation

The condo was nice and had a good open floor plan. The outdoor porch was huge and amazing. The walk to beach was not bad and more than half of the walk was shaded which was really nice.

Great stay!

This was our second time staying at this condo and we loved it again! The only drawback is having to drag stuff up all those stairs to the 3rd floor. But I love the layout of the condo, the way it's decorated, and the wrap-around screen porch. The wagon that's available to take stuff to the beach is also really helpful. I'd highly recommend this place.

Great Location

My husband & I stayed at this property for 2 weeks & we thoroughly enjoyed it. The condo was very clean & quiet. The location is great - close to the beach but set back from the road. Lots to do in the area. Our favourite part of the condo was the screened in porch. We ate a late breakfast there every day of our stay & most of our evening meals too. It was our first time to Amelia Island but we will definitely be back in the future.

Nice 3rd floor hideaway

A nice clean condo in a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to the beach. Easy to find even in the dark. Great coffee in the morning. Fully stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Close to a lot of local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely be looking to book again if we return to Amelia Island.

Amelia Island GetAway

Property tucked away in a scenic surrounding off Sadler Road. Central island location convenient to everything. Beach can be reached in minutes by foot. Cozy and comfortable villa located on the third floor. Would not recommend for anyone who has trouble with stairs as three flights of stairs need to be climbed to get to the villa.

Amelia Island Early Feb.

Our stay @ the Amelia Is. Getaway was very nice. The living space is comfortable and the large screened in porch area was peaceful, when warm enough to seat outside. The location is great and convenient to see all areas of Fernandina Beach and the island. The Egan Creek Greenway access is right across the road. You can walk to some restaurants and the historic downtown area is 10 min. By car. Easy walk to nearby Beach access . If you hv beach chairs etc., some of the beach access areas have parking.

Amelia Island Getaway

Great cozy getaway near the beach! There is an entrance on Sadler Rd that does not come up on Google maps, right across from Hampton Inn. The beach is .5 miles off, and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance. The beds are comfy and the condo is situated in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great spot for couples, or small families. Loved the large outdoor screened in deck!!
