"This was a dream beachfront location with easy beach access and yet also close to the lovely downtown. The condo was terrific! Clearly the host had tried to provide everything you could possibly need (both inside and for the beach) with many thoughtful touches. The management team was great and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Highly recommend!"

"Loved my week at Amelia Island in this unit! It was perfect for a solo vacation. Everything was exactly as described. Check in and out were very easy. I was a little worried about the gate but they made that so easy by sending the app info ahead of my arrival. I appreciated that this unit was an end building and not so close to the pool. Still an easy walk to the pool! But I imagine some of the other balconies in closer proximity didn’t have quite the privacy and quietness of this unit. Balcony...

"Very cozy and clean beach house, our family really enjoyed our stay there. The management team was very responsive. The A/C stopped the working one evening, they send a repair crew to fix the problem within 15 mins after we reported it. Thank you! "

"We had the best vacation at the Ocean Pearl!  Walking in it's clear that Rob and Nancy take such great pride in their Vrbo. We have never stayed in one that was this clean - it was spotless! The best thing about the condo was the wrap around deck. We absolutely loved sitting out first thing in the morning watching all the action on the beach. At night we would sit there watching lightning storms and we also had a gorgeous full moon! It was very quiet there due in part that it's on the top floor...

"Beautiful place! Owners gave us codes to everything we needed. They responded to every text. Not a problem being on 2nd floor with no elevator. My wife who have had ankles surgeries was able to go up and down stairs(slowly), but steady.Location is 2 minutes from beach. Would stay again when in Jacksonville!"
