We stayed for a much needed long weekend- and the property was just as pictured. Very cozy with all of the comforts of home. The unit is easily accessible from the parking area- only a few steps. Located in a really great area of the Omni Resort- lots to do and great access to the beach. We love Amelia Island, and would recommend staying here. The property manage me t is quick to responses and very easy to work with. Just a great vacation!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured/described. The kitchen was small but stocked with everything you needed and more. The bedrooms were spacious and the balcony was my favorite part. I do wish you could see the ocean from the balcony but it still has a pretty view. We will definitely be back to stay here again next year.

Great location and right on the beach. Beautiful property and lots of walking trails. Pool and kids playground not too far. Waterfront property but not ocean view. Lots of wear and tear on the condo and could use some pest control. Looks better in the pictures than in person.

Beautiful condo. Clean and has everything you would need or want on vacation. Great location! Steps from the beach and walking trails all throughout the plantation. 20 min drive to downtown for more shops and restaurants.

We rented the place for the week of our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect. It was so nice to have a clean quiet place to relax after running errands and going to events. No matter where we were going it was no more than a 15-20 minute drive. We would love to return for a time to enjoy the parks and local restaurants.

This property has a very cramped kitchen and an extremely dated bathroom fixtures. During our stay an old handle broke leaving the water running uncontrollably!

Wonderful space

Our group of 5 victim advocates from our office in Middle Georgia came for a weekend getaway and this condo was perfect! We had a wonderful stay and everything was so clean and comfortable. You may see some gnats in the kitchen but that is to be expected in Florida in summer! The instructions were clear and the AIV team were very helpful. The beach of course is beautiful and it was a wonferful space to relax all together at night and cool off. I would recommend to other groups or a small family! Im keeping this place in mind for future visits.

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay here. The condo had much more than we even expected. It was the perfect size...they even had coffee on hand. Great location although the buildings and architecture make it a bit had to find your place and your parking space. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.

Great 2 bedroom condo with everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. Short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Great stay

Great rental. It accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9) very well. Clean but we found a pill on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived which was a bit disturbing . Other than that great place. Great location very close to the beach and pool. Beds were very comfortable . Overall really nice place and amazing location. There is so much to do with kids on the Omni resort and most of it is free!

This villa is beautiful and a great place to stay near the beach. Fully equipped kitchen, spacious living area, and close beach proximity made this space perfect for our family trip.
