Walkable to a gorgeous park and restaurant.(Ola Brew)Definitely clean, no bugs!Enjoyed the balcony and watching the chickens in the morning.Located in a vintage resort converted to apartments. All the residents we met were very nice. . Definitely use the 395 Hualani St address in the GPS. Much easier to park.Owner was very prompt to answer any questions. You will need to download an app to use the washer and dryer (it’s easy!)Pleasant stay."

"I was in Hilo for a month for work and stayed at Maggie's place. It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs. Various places to eat or get groceries that are within a 10 min walk or a couple of mins drive. Maggie was an exceptional host, very quick to respond and very kind to me on my arrival after a 25h trip. "The unit was as depicted in photos. Clean and well equipped. It is very centrally located within Hilo and has easy access to all surrounding areas. The manager was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. I had a small problem while there and it was addressed and fixed within 24 hours. Very good experience. "

"Mandy is an excellent host. The upgrades and renovations made to the apartment in the last 3 years are excellent. The rental was very clean as well. I would stay again. The only drawback was the noisy neighbor next door. This individual talked loudly all hours of the day and his dog was barking it sounded like on the lanai in the middle of the night. I would suggest that the property management be told of this person's inconsideration of others."

"The condo was exactly how it is advertised. Clean, comfortable, top of the line appliances, and away from the hustle and bustle of Merrie Monarch Activities but centrally located so you could participate and or attend any one of the many craft fairs. We loved it! If there is anything I could suggest it is to put up a full-body mirror. After all the shopping that takes place during MM week it would be nice to try on and see the clothes you purchased just in case you need to make exchanges. "
