We had an amazing stay at your cute little apartment, the accommodations were perfect. It was clean. It was an amazing way to sleep and listen to the waves all night. We went into town and seen some crazy hippies trying to play music that was funny as hell next time we’re here we’re definitely saying hello.

The room was clean, everything was there to make our stay comfortable - nice bed, shower was spacious, the patio with the ocean was perfect. We were out all day and it was a nice place to come back to. The neighborhood is quiet, and we really enjoyed the location.

Perfect little hide away to relax

Even with Vrbo technical difficulties, the hosts were super easy to work with and resolve the issues. The place was clean, in good repair, had excellent views, and was perfect for a few days of relaxing. As soon as you open the back door the sound of the waves crashing and jungle critters puts you at ease. Absolutely loved it!

Relaxing getaway

We had a wonderful stay. We loved watching and hearing the waves. We enjoyed our breakfast out on the balcony each morning, watching for sea turtles. Would recommend this location.

Cozy comfortable studio

Cozy studio. Comfortable bed. Nice ocean view. A/C to keep the temperature comfortable. Take the motor scooter tour which is a lot of fun. Would enjoy staying here again.

No beaches, but nice little place

This place was mostly as advertised. It is small, but efficient, great place to sleep and have morning coffee. The dead end street location is great, it's a nice quiet neighborhood. Check-in process was easy and went well. The area list per for almost 24 hours while we were there, certainly not the hosts fault. However, the hosts never reached out to us in that period of time to see if we needed anything or if everything at the unit was ok, we were disappointed by that. Overall, a nice small place with great ocean sounds in a unique little community.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our short stay here. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We mostly were here just to sleep but the view - wow! - an amazing way to start and end each day, with sounds of the waves crashing. We would definitely stay here again, thank you!!

Wow

Driving there can be tough if you’re coming from Hilo between 4-6pm on a weekday. Also headed to Hilo in the morning is rough. Plan accordingly. The room is epic. If you catch a strong wind or storm during your stay, it’s almost intimidating. The waves are right there. We don’t think we could have picked a better location for what we were looking for. Falling asleep to waves crashing. Private parking. Easy access. Great shower. Pull down bed which is incredibly comfortable. Would highly recommend it for any couples

Nice Clean Room

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s a bit off the beaten track but that adds to the charm. Right on the ocean with beach access a few properties down. Clean and comfortable. It’s small but has an excellent bed. Joe was very responsive to our requests and provided more coffee when asked. Definitely recommend Joes place Jon

Perfect Place to Get your Zs

We didn't spend much time in the unit but it was the perfect place to put your head down and get your Zs before heading out and about. The sound of the ocean at night was a plus. Very nice and helpful host!

Wonderful Studio

This studio was the perfect place for a 3 day getaway. The studio is small, but we didn’t plan on spending much time there anyway. When we were there in the evenings, we enjoyed sitting on the lanai and listening to the waves crash against the lava rocks. The place was clean and in a nice neighborhood. The Murphy bed was comfortable, and listening to the sound of the waves while falling to sleep was great.

Great little getaway on the ocean

Lots of sweet touches packed into this place. Easy check in and check ou! Loved the sound of the ocean lulling us to sleep. Comfy bed, and an amazing view! Jet lagged had me up to see the first crack of light on the ocean. The sunrise was spectacular and I got to see a sea turtle playing by the rocks! My husband spotted a dolphin but I didn’t make it in time to verify. 😂. Great communication by owner!

Nettes kleines Zimmer direkt am Meer mit Meeresrauschen.

Nettes kleines Zimmer, direkt am Meer gelegen. Man hört den ganzen Tag das Rauschen der Brandung. Auf dem Balkon kann man abends nur mit sehr viel Mückenspray sitzen. Es gibt keine Herdplatte sondern nur eine Mikrowelle zum kochen. Leider hat das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage, dafür einen großen Ventilator der sehr laut ist. Ohne den Ventilator ist leider kein Schlaf möglich,weil es schwül warm in dem Zimmer wird.
