The room is a cozy studio attached to the home with its own private coded entrance. It has a King Size bed, Bathroom,
Microwave,Toaster, Coffee maker and refrigerator. It also includes cable TV and WiFi for your convenience. There is no stove or oven

There is a two acre, private tropical garden with a Pond House, overlooking a Koi Pond for your enjoyment and an authentic tea House for meditation.
The unit is only for adults age 25 and up.
No smoking . $250.00 fee if smoking has occurred
No drugs of any kind. Doing so will result in vacate order and police called .
Do not bring outside guests onto property or into unit without prior permission
The carport is for your use during your stay. Please be aware of backing out from carport.
Jeep wranglers, Vans and Trucks need to park in driveway. Not in the carport
