"My husband and I would normally be camping, but we had our infant and this was a great alternative. There are a few cabins nestled in a wooded area right off the highway. Our cabin felt private and there was not a lot of traffic on the highway, so there was minimal noise and practically no light pollution. "Enjoyed our stay in the deluxe yurt. Had a mini fridge, sink and tv with cable. Bathroom was right across the parking lot. Only thing I would say is the full futon bed was very uncomfortable so we ended up sleeping in the bunk bed cause they were actual mattresses. This RV park is super close to Jedediah smith state park and 15min away from crescent city. Great location. "

"What an amazing place! Our family had a great time here. We walked to the harbor, explored the area, and then came 'home' and made dinner in the fully furnished kitchen. Less than a 10 minute drive to the redwoods was icing on the cake. The place was immaculately clean and the beds were comfy. 10/10, we will be back again!"

"Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. "We have stayed here on multiple occasions and each time we have had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable for us, we were able to get a good night’s rest after a few hours of driving. Plus the complimentary breakfast was really nice to have before leaving the next day. Staff was also very kind even when checking in late in the evening. We have made staying here our number one choice when in town. Thanks!"
