The things that were negative were, ants in the kitchen, on our food, so having to clean up after ants while on vacation, wasn't fun. "The ocean views were stunning. It is a beautiful location, very quiet at the top of a hill overlooking Brookings OR and the Pacific Ocean including some local “haystacks”. Although it’s not a full kitchen we were able to cook breakfast, which is important to us. The owners were easy to communicate with, entering the property was easy. The bed was the most comfortable mattress we have had on our travels. Wonderful location."

"We had a fabulous time, the hot tub was the highlight and scenery around the property. Not very good cell service or wifi so come ready to spend time with loved ones and in nature. The property manager is great and quick to respond. Very spacious with lots of places for the family to sleep and have their own space to chill. Oh! And they have a ton of towels which is great for water play and hot tubbing. "

"We had a wonderful one night stay. The space was spotless beautifully decorated and had so much character. The host was incredibly helpful and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The bonfire added to the whole experience as well. The location was beautiful and added to the overall charm of our stay. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and unique place to stay. This place hit it out of the park."

"this was an amazing place! the view amazing! there were 16 adults we had plenty of room to spread out. near to Brookings where our event was. Beach access was a little rough for grandparents but doable. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen big enough to have several cooks, the main room very big. the host was easy and quick to respond by text. only issue we had was the pullout in game area was small for adults but fine for children. would love to go back!"
