The property was a bit rough on the outside but inside was brand new and spotless. Neighborhood was quiet and safe and close to many restaurants, visitors center and beaches. “Minutes walk from the beach” in the listing was misleading- it is a 25 minute walk to a nearby beach. "You cannot beat this beachside house! The path to pebble beach was like three houses down the road, we walked down with our kids every day. It was awesome! The neighborhood is so cute, and close to grocery stores. The game room/garage was super fun, and I loved that there was accessible laundry after going to the beach! The only notes I have is that the house smelled a little musty, and the internet password was a little hard to figure out because it didn't exactly match the one written down....

"Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. "
