Perfect for large families

This property worked great for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 6 kids staying together for 4 days. There was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. There were 3 bedrooms. Bed 1 had a king bed, Bed 2 had a twin over king bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. Bed 3 had a king bed. There were 4 foldup beds located in closets throughout the house so were were able to fit everyone fairly comfortably. There was plenty of seating between the table and bar for everyone to sit for meals. The kitchen was fully stocked with the essentials/utensils. Fridge worked great with a water and ice dispenser. There is a washer and dryer onsite with detergent. We used this to wash the towels throughout our stay. There is a tankless water heater so we were all able to shower consecutively without running out of hot water. The house was stocked with the necessary cleaning supplies so we could keep things tidy while staying there. The yard has a trampoline, swing set (not super stable), BBQ and fire pit (no wood). There were two bathrooms that had pantene shampoo and conditioner and suave body wash already stocked. There was plenty of extra bedding available. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we had no problems with theft or loud neighbors. The AC units throughout the house worked well to keep it cooled. The house is located just a couple blocks from beach access and close to shopping and restaurants. Check in/out was simple. Great experience! Highly recommend

Grandkids Trip

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I with our 9 grandchildren (ages 13-4).They absolutely loved the trampoline, swing set and the fire pit outside. There was plenty option for sleeping arrangements. We loved the open floor plan it helped us to keep a good eye on everyone. With the house only being two blocks away from the beach, that was awesome. Communication was fabulous and greatly appreciated.We definitely recommend this home to others and enjoyed our stay.

A quite and clean place to stay near the beach

My wife and twin had a fantastic time celebrating our birthday here in Northern California. The property was exactly as described and the property was well placed in a small neighborhood but still under a ten minute walk to the beach. It was a great deal in a great town, thanks for having us!

Crescent City Review

We loved the quiet neighborhood and the easy access to town and the ocean. The house is as described. Beds are comfortable. TV in every room. Liked having the mini splits in each room. The weather made it too wet to use the outside facilities. The property manager was always available and quick in responses to our questions. Would stay there again

The House is a Gem!

Everything was so spacious yet cozy, with all the modern appliances and furniture. We loved the unique touches, like that amazing table made by a local artist - it was a real conversation starter! The kitchen was a dream to cook in, with everything you could need. And the smart TVs were perfect for everyone's entertainment needs. For work, the office was a blessing - that designer chair and the view of the junipers made working from 'home' actually enjoyable. Each room had its own climate control which was a luxury, and the blackout curtains with the dimmable lights meant we could really relax at any time. The beds were comfortable, it felt like sleeping on clouds. But the backyard - that was our highlight! We spent hours out there, with the kids on the trampoline and swings, and us enjoying the ocean breeze from the gazebo. It felt like home, with a thoughtful approach to conservation which was really appreciated. We'll definitely be back for another stay at this gem of a retreat!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had the best time at this house for our family vacation! It was so spacious and the open layout was perfect for us all to hang out together. The kids couldn't get enough of the backyard with the trampoline and playset. The smart TVs in each room were a hit, and the beds were seriously comfy - we all slept like logs thanks to those blackout curtains and the perfect room temperature. We're already planning our next visit!

Work life balance

I booked this place for a business trip, but honestly, it felt more like a retreat. The interior is thoughtfully curated and I found myself inspired every day.It's got this cool vibe that makes you want to kick back and relax, which is exactly what I needed after my meetings. The WiFi was solid, perfect for video calls, and the desk setup was a nice touch. The host was super accommodating about my work schedule, even helping me find a nice quiet cafe for some work away from the house. If you need a spot that balances work and relaxation, this is the place. There were three spots in the house that I rotated between for working that all had nice views, one room I could view some big Cyrpess trees another had a nice view of the street across the house thats well kept with nice landscaping and the other place I worked was in the living room which was nice to be close to family with.

A Little Secret

A Little Secret I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this stay was exceptional. The home is tucked away like a little secret, yet right in the middle of everything you want to be near. The host's personal touches were everywhere . The bedroom was like a sanctuary; I've never slept better. And the host! They were the epitome of hospitality, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The area around the house had this wonderful vibe; it felt like we were part of the community. I left with a sense of having had a truly local experience, which is what travel should be about. It's not just a place to stay; it's an experience tailored for the traveler who wants to connect. The host sent a full list of recommendations which we enjoyed and we quite enjoyed to quick walk to the beach.
