"Steven and Beth were amazing hosts and very helpful with local information! Their cottage was exactly as listed. Beautifully decorated, serenely quiet, and very comfortable. It was stormy during our stay, so the view wasn't perfect. But sitting on the porch, deeply inhaling the forest scent while having coffee, was the most relaxing experience one could ask for! "Cute little apartment, in a safe lovely neighborhood. I stay in Crescent City regularly for business and family trips, but this was a solo trip without my kids. I dislike the hotels in town so checked out this place. It was indeed a little Hideout. Cute cabin decor, kitchenette, living room where I could have a glass of wine with my family in town. The bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed. The grounds were wonderfully country with the requisite chickens, ducks and cat....

"Gorgeous cabin in wonderful secluded location overlooking Chetco River. Lots of deer. Driveway is very steep and difficult to turn around in. Access to river needs improved and hot tub cushions need replaced but otherwise fantastic. "

"This house is so cute & cozy! It was one of those properties where you feel like you're staying at a friend's or family member's home; comfortable.....not stuffy or stressful with too many fragile knickknacks & strict rules! We loved the back porch for dinner and the hanging swings for reading & coffee. The place is well stocked so you don't have to run out for every little thing. My daughters loved the provided cookies & q-tips, haha! Very comfy beds with soft sheets. "

"We have stayed here on multiple occasions and each time we have had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable for us, we were able to get a good night’s rest after a few hours of driving. Plus the complimentary breakfast was really nice to have before leaving the next day. Staff was also very kind even when checking in late in the evening. We have made staying here our number one choice when in town. Thanks!"
