"The property was a little hard to find for us because we came up at night. But that was our own fault. Overall it was very pleasant to be able to spend the night here. I came here for my birthday night before making another long haul drive and I felt very relaxed before the long drive we took. The property manager answered my messages on here very quickly. "Great location and very clean rental. There was a slight odor in the unit, which may not bother most people — I’m just very sensitive to smells, and I think it might’ve come from the restaurant below. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep.The only challenge was the narrow staircase leading up to the unit. It wouldn’t be an issue for light travelers, but I had a lot of luggage since my next stop was for a month, so it took a few trips to get everything upstairs."

"Best rental house on the Smith River! This was our 3rd or 4th time here and it's still our favorite rental house ever. Fully stocked with every possible thing you might need. The hosts are great and very helpful and the location is unique in that is has the best access of any rental house on the Smith River. "We have stayed here on multiple occasions and each time we have had a pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable for us, we were able to get a good night’s rest after a few hours of driving. Plus the complimentary breakfast was really nice to have before leaving the next day. Staff was also very kind even when checking in late in the evening.
