"Close to town, easy walk. Lovely view of mountains."

"Stayed 3 nights in Oct. Room was small, no sitting chairs, nice bath with a walk in shower. Kettle only with instant coffee, tea provided. Small fridge and hot plate all in nice condition. Review comments are real - one end of the building has bar/smoker noise, the other has the kitchen exhaust, the front has street noise. "Hillcrest Mountain View Retreat is a hidden sanctuary. We hit the jackpot when we were searching for accommodation in the area to attend a wedding. Its location is nothing short of spectacular and the 360 views are breathtaking. Hosts Craig and Paul were so warm and welcoming, and a wealth of knowledge about the local area. Our room had such a comfortable bed with everything we needed and many more extras. The deck was made for unwinding with a daybed and hammock inviting you to linger and...

"The lovely cleaner Christine let us in one room early as we had to attend a wedding. She was very polite and helpful. We would stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful so many things to do around the area."

"The park is in a beautiful position. The pool was clean and large enough for a decent swim. The room was musty but ok was one the windows are open."

"Location was AMAZING! Couldn’t ask for a better view or environment to be in. Lodge was clean and perfect for our stay. Only suggestion was the cafe/dining being open longer."

"Very beautiful estate. A little expensive, but worth it if you feel like splurging a bit."

"Close to the beach (fabulous) and airport (great but noisy at times). Very friendly and helpful staff. It was convenient to have a mini bar, however, a few free treats would have been even better. Great stay, we will come back again."

"It was overall very good"

"We were a group of 8 adults and 2 children. We had a great time staying at the property which was in the midst of a rainforest. Children had a great time and we had everything we wanted in the property itself. Bruce was really helpful in answering all of our questions "

"Excelente para pasar la noche antes de ir al aeropuerto. Personal amable en la recepción"

"The room was a decent size and includes a toaster and microwave. Small bathroom. Balcony overlooking car park. Rooms are not serviced daily and because it was raining towels were not drying so asked for additional."

"Great location with a nice view"

"Clean and convenient. High quality with great kitchenette."
