Incredibly clean, very comfy & cozy, and wonderfully centrally located to all you could possibly want or need. Our ten day stay felt like we were in our "home away from home" because of how much we enjoyed our stay here. Our hearts LOVE Folly Beach and we hope to return to this James Island treasure for our next vacation!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house which was so charming and incredibly well decorated. The bunk room was perfection and the proximity to all the amenities was incredible. One of my favorite rooms of the house was the back screened in porch. Delightful to sit out there under the ceiling fans with a good book. Delightful! The hosts were incredibly prompt in their responses to me and very sweet. I would HIGHLY recommend this property!!"

"Very clean and cute! kitchen was well stocked. Washer and dryer was not available and there were no toiletries for showering. Grounds were well kept. We could not get to the water easily and could not swim. :( Host was gracious and texted me back quickly with answers to my questions. I would recommend for peaceful retreat. River access is not good for physically challenged. The river was beautiful and the sounds were calming.check in was a breeze."
