"Pictures are deceiving in regards to the cleanliness of this unit. Our first bad experience was gross visible stains on two of the bedspreads. When we communicated the issue to the owner, we were told we had to wait until tomorrow for new bedding. Yuck. Upon closer inspection, the condo is in need of a DEEP cleaning. "We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott."
