Make sure to read the listing details for although it’s Advertised as up to 4 people, the futon is only twin sized in width and not full length, so really only suitable for 3. "The stay was pretty good, except for a brief power outage caused by a bad storm. It shorted out the bedroom light switch, and I couldn't turn the lights off or use the fan/outlets. The owner communicated with me and apologized for the inconvenience, but a maintenance man never came to check on anything. When we were ready to go to bed, we had to flip the breaker to get the lights to go off. Other than that, the condo was great and just what we needed for an extra night of vacation. "

"This was the first time we stayed at an VRBO in Hilton Head instead of a time share resort. The apartment was small, but had everything two people would need to enjoy Hilton Head. The patio facing the beach was the best part. We enjoyed every second of our stay! The owners were so responsive and gave such detailed information about the island and the apartment so we felt fully prepared. "

"We wanted a top-floor, quiet location, nice view rental with a king bed for our one-month stay and this was PERFECT. The balcony overlooks a protected marsh that is a birdwatcher's dream come true. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away allowing for plenty of time on the sand. And the gated development has a nice pub and many other amenities. The unit is perfect for a couple's getaway. The owners are friendly and responsive. Would i come back? heck yeah!"

"Communication, information, location, and cleanliness were all awesome. My only complaint was the mattresses for the beds were old. The queen had a depression worn in the middle, the pullout mattress was very thin and you could feel the bars underneath, and the bunk bed mattresses were thin as well. Everything thing else was absolutely amazing, but sleep was hard to come by. "
